“First time visiting and we will definitely be back. The pizza was the best we’ve had in the Brandon area. The staff were friendly and professional. They truly care about the quality of food and customer service they provide.“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“I really enjoyed eating food from Poppa's Italian Factory, it was delicious. I got the angel hair pasta with meat sauce and Italian sausage! The sauce was amazing and tasted a lot like my grandma's homemade sauce from Italy. The pistachio cake was yummy and so was the anise biscotti cookies. I would definitely go back tovtry something different. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was delightful. The owner Donna was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable about Italian cuisine.“

“This is no ordinary, hungry Howies. Hands-down, the best all you can eat pizza buffet anywhere from the piping hot pizza delivered constantly to the buffet do the clean and well stock salad bar. You won’t be disappointed Ali’s contributions to the community speak for themselves (google his story) and he has a way of personally making the youngest of patrons feel like they’re a part of the operation. Our grandson loves to eat here, not just for the pizza, but for the lessons he receives in pizza making. Bring your whole family and especially your small kids. You won’t be disappointed.“

“The five ingredient XL vegetable pizza ordered had mushroom, onions, bell pepper, broccoli, and eggplant on it. The bell peppers were plump and tasted like they were sauteed in butter. The eggplant was NOT soggy or bitter. Someone obviously knew how to prep eggplant. It was a perfect balance of flavor with every bite. I cannot remember a time that I gave a review about anything so if it sounds a little unrealistic well It was a delicious pizza. Thank you for taking the effort to make a great pizza.“
