“Visited there yesterday, the line was out the door for good reason! The chicken cutlet taco filled with Cesar salad was amazing. Better than that was when the owner Frankie himself came out asking how everything was while cleaning the tables and chatting with the customers. The samples of Sicilian pizza was also a treat. Can’t get that service and delicious food here in Virginia Beach!“

“I have been coming to hungry howies for a very long time I seen the great times ,& the changes . the food has been great however that special touch from customer service has been hit or miss until today

From taking my families order Moses didn't act like we were a burden he was very polite smiling through the whole order
He made our day alot better after a hard day's work

“There are no views here as on the bottom floor of the hotel. Service was great and we only got appetizers, salad and a bottle of wine.Fruit salad wa s good. Calamari was mostly vegetables than Calamari and Tuna seemed like it was dethawed and tasted gamey. I have had a lot of both at other places and disappointed as the most I have paid besides Michelin restaurants. Service was great and that's it.“

“This Hungry Howies has the best salads. I have been to a few others near my house (they are trash) and have driven to this one 30 minutes out to get their salad. The customer service is great and they are very down to earth. They put a lot of care into what they do.“

“I really enjoyed eating food from Poppa's Italian Factory, it was delicious. I got the angel hair pasta with meat sauce and Italian sausage! The sauce was amazing and tasted a lot like my grandma's homemade sauce from Italy. The pistachio cake was yummy and so was the anise biscotti cookies. I would definitely go back tovtry something different. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was delightful. The owner Donna was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable about Italian cuisine.“
“I had a fantastic experience leasing an apartment at Asher on Water Street in Tampa, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rachael Young. From the very beginning, Rachael was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
She took the time to answer all of my questions, made the touring and leasing process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Her knowledge of the property and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear she takes a lot of pride in doing her job well.
Rachael’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made what can sometimes be a complicated process feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering living at Asher on Water Street, I highly recommend asking for Rachael — she is excellent at what she does and truly represents the property well.

“I’m writing this review after multiple years of phenomenal meals, out of this world hospitality, and even friendship! We first came to ash for my birthday two years ago and since then it has been our go to establishment when we want to impress family and friends, enjoy food that NEVER misses, and feel like extended family of the staff. The food is not only intellectually impressive it’s cozy and delicious and that’s a hard balance to strike. We’re destination wedding photographers, we travel half the year to some of the countries most luxury towns and there’s no place like Ash Tampa! Get the chefs table once and life is never the same!“
