Just moved into The Asher and it’s amazing. Toured over eight different apartments and it’s bar none the best for price/location/community and the staff
Lyric Robinson, a leasing representative, helped me move in last minute and was extremely competent and patient throughout the whole process from start to finish.
11/10 would recommend this area and highly recommend asking for Lyric in regards to touring, information leasing or any questions you might have.

Guests praise the exceptional hospitality and genuine conversations with employees. The restaurant is well-maintained, with a beautiful and well-kept environment. The apartments are beautifully designed, maximizing space in an elegant and serene setting. The location is fantastic, with all the restaurants and events of Water Street just outside the door. Amenities such as the pool and shared club area are also beautiful. The staff, especially Grace, are very friendly, perceptive, and knowledgeable about the property and area. Guests feel at home and comfortable, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and the great relationship between staff and residents. Parking is easy with an attached garage, making it convenient despite occasional traffic during events. Overall, Asher provides a safe, clean, and welcoming environment with excellent service and beautiful surroundings.
