“Hi, I am a Dasher.I frequently pick up orders at this store multiple times a week.Different times of the day , and I just want to say that Chrissy is so Awesome to deal with, like today it was her and what in my opinion appeared to be a trainee and she was training him she was singing she was smiling.She was happy she greeted me when I came in the door pleasantly , and they were very busy and she never looked or appeared stressed , she never lost her patience with him and I think you guys are really lucky to have her. “i cant believe i waited this long to try this place honestly. the spaghetti and meatballs tasted like something my nonna would have made if she was italian. portions were huge, took half of it home and it was still great the next day. parking lot was a bit crowded but we found a spot after a minute. definitely planning to come back with the whole family next time.“

“Had never heard of this restaurant before moving here. Ordered online and the food was prepared withing 12min, and cheaper than ordering from some surrounding restaurants... So i didn't expect much, but I was BLOWN AWAY! I ordered the breadsticks and bbq wings. Both were cooked to perfection and they were liberal with the sauce! Me and my little ones INHALED this food! We ate it so fast we didn't get a chance to upload photos!! Marco's is now our new favorite restaurant!!!“

This review has been one in the works for my husband and I and it should've been placed a long time ago. If you've never had a deep dish or you're looking for an Italian spot that satisfies your cravings, then Olde Town is a must visit for deep dish pizzas or Italian food craving satisfaction! My husband and I always get the supreme deep dish, extra crispy with pineapple, and it's absolutely amazing—it's even better than the deep dish I used to get at Chicago Fire in California. The staff is amazing!!! They're extremely friendly and if you're a constant visitor, they always remember you and your pizza or Italian order by heart. I feel like every time my husband and I visit, they treat us as a part of their family. I've found my forever replacement and go-to for my deep dish cravings right here at Olde Town Pizzeria and Pasta Company. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!!“

Better than that was when the owner Frankie himself came out asking how everything was while cleaning the tables and chatting with the customers. The samples of Sicilian pizza was also a treat. Can’t get that service and delicious food here in Virginia Beach!“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“I've placed many more orders here than I want to share, and this location has always gotten them 100% correct, ready quickly, and provided excellent service (we often request double slices, etc.). The people are super helpful and patient, and the Bloomingdale store is definitely providing a valuable (and yummy) community service <3

“I really don’t understand how they have bad reviews. I have ordered 4 times for pick up from this location… my pizza is always correct & fresh, & the customer service is always great. Pizza is made fast & the employees always come to the window with a smile on their faces. We are a family of 7 and their deals really make it easy for us to get pizza for our family.“
