“Hi, I am a Dasher.I frequently pick up orders at this store multiple times a week.Different times of the day , and I just want to say that Chrissy is so Awesome to deal with, like today it was her and what in my opinion appeared to be a trainee and she was training him she was singing she was smiling.She was happy she greeted me when I came in the door pleasantly , and they were very busy and she never looked or appeared stressed , she never lost her patience with him and I think you guys are really lucky to have her. I feel like as I hung up the phone the driver knocked on the door. I ordered through Domino's app, not a delivery service. Food was piping hot and perfectly cooked and delivered faster than I thought it vould he cooked.“

“They are open until 2 AM which is great! The crust is not pre-made or prefrontal, he spins it right in front of you. We had the Orr, pepperoni with pesto and honey Sriracha drizzle. The pesto was not overwhelming and the drizzle was the perfect amount of spicy and sweet. The Italian working there never stopped and worked quickly to fill orders. I noticed they had a Cauliflower crust option! Prices are great! Make sure you give them a try!“

Today I had trouble with ordering online , he took the time to help me figure my order out, establish the perfect pick up time and once we got there he made sure to take care of my needs. This review has been one in the works for my husband and I and it should've been placed a long time ago. If you've never had a deep dish or you're looking for an Italian spot that satisfies your cravings, then Olde Town is a must visit for deep dish pizzas or Italian food craving satisfaction! My husband and I always get the supreme deep dish, extra crispy with pineapple, and it's absolutely amazing—it's even better than the deep dish I used to get at Chicago Fire in California. The staff is amazing!!! They're extremely friendly and if you're a constant visitor, they always remember you and your pizza or Italian order by heart. I feel like every time my husband and I visit, they treat us as a part of their family. I've found my forever replacement and go-to for my deep dish cravings right here at Olde Town Pizzeria and Pasta Company. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!!“

“Had never heard of this restaurant before moving here. Ordered online and the food was prepared withing 12min, and cheaper than ordering from some surrounding restaurants... So i didn't expect much, but I was BLOWN AWAY! I ordered the breadsticks and bbq wings. Both were cooked to perfection and they were liberal with the sauce! Me and my little ones INHALED this food! “I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“We ordered 50 pizzas for a school delivery and it was flawless. I spoke to Kat a few times by phone and she was super helpful w/ placing the order and exploring a few different discount possibilities that we could use for a school order. There was a code issue when the orders got put in… we all have computer issues in every industry so no big deal. I would have never known if she hadn’t mentioned it bec she was so patient throughout the order. On delivery day, the two delivery people were flexible when we had to deliver to a different door on the other side of the school. And the pizza was still fresh and hot. Every step of the order was just really easy bec their people had a helpful attitude the whole time. The only thing I’d change is that on delivery there wasn’t a place on the receipt to add a tip… and I didn’t have cash on our event day. So I’m going back to tip in store.“

“I order from this location only. Tonight as I was waiting for my pizza I observed the young man putting the peppers in the pizza boxes. He had no gloves on and kept putting his hands on his face and hair and also putting them in his pockets. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was busy. They sent this young man over to talk with me who I had this issue with. He told me his hands were clean. He must not realize he needs to keep his hands off his person and out of his pockets to remain clean. Especially if he’s touching food people potentially eat with no gloves on.“

(Unhealthy habits.. lol) But this staff is ALWAYS friendly, has made ONE of our orders wrong in over a year and it was a matter of cutting pie-wise or square.
