“Stopped in yesterday while visiting family in Lithia .Had pasta and pizza and they were both delicious. Manger was vey friendly and he came around maku sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will definitely be back anytime I’m over that way!!!!“

“They used doordash to deliver their pizzas to me and this pizza delivery person actually stood parked in my driveway for about 5 minutes just sitting there and then when he gets out of his car and he's holding the pizza says are you going to come and get this or what I have never experienced that before usually they deliver it to the door is that weird was that rude stupid or what“

“My coworkers and I work at the Hair Cuttery here I’m Fishhawk. We order from Marcos ALL THE TIME! They are ALWAYS polite and they even go above expectation, and bring our pizza down to us, along with plates, cheese etc. They’re always Friendly and the food is great!“

“Delicious as usual however, we ordered one stuffed pizza split with different toppings on either side of the pie. I instructed them to put one of the toppings particular to that side so we could identify which side was which. they told us they couldn't do that but they would make each side identifiable. They didn't. We had no way of knowing which side was which. If I tell you how I want my pizza, please make it that way. This doesn't mean we will not order again because it is great pizza.“

“I went back to this location just because I remember the GM Nathaniel (Nate) being so amazing last time. Over 6 months ago. HE IS STILL THERE BEING GREAT!! I smiled so big seeing him and he remembered me as well!! The food was HOT AND PERFECT and the team was all smiling and working together. Calling out orders and responses back to one another were respectful and very “teamworky”. Reminded me of the wonderful good ol’ days when teams worked great together because of an amazing leader such as Nathaniel. “The Most Authentic Chicago Deep Dish Heart and Soul!!!

This review has been one in the works for my husband and I and it should've been placed a long time ago. If you've never had a deep dish or you're looking for an Italian spot that satisfies your cravings, then Olde Town is a must visit for deep dish pizzas or Italian food craving satisfaction! My husband and I always get the supreme deep dish, extra crispy with pineapple, and it's absolutely amazing—it's even better than the deep dish I used to get at Chicago Fire in California. The staff is amazing!!! They're extremely friendly and if you're a constant visitor, they always remember you and your pizza or Italian order by heart. I feel like every time my husband and I visit, they treat us as a part of their family. I've found my forever replacement and go-to for my deep dish cravings right here at Olde Town Pizzeria and Pasta Company. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!!“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“Marco's is usually great. Got delivery tonight and the pizza was amazing as usual, however the chicken, after me raving to my husband how good they always are, came like this. Tiny crumbles of batter, only two actual nuggets of meat. Very disappointed.“

“I have no idea how my pizza turned out, but that’s no fault of Domino’s or its employees bc my dumb-butt self ordered a pizza to my in-laws instead of my own home which is an hour away from this location. While this is embarrassing, I wanted to give a shoutout to Ryan, the delivery driver, who went above and beyond. Domino’s is less than 2 minutes from my house and when I became curious of where on Earth my pizza was, I finally realized my mistake and called my in-laws. Despite it being paid for and the tip included, Ryan still refused to drop off my order until he spoke with me as my in-laws told him I do not live there. This location (Douglas) offered to refund my order, despite it being completely my fault. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the care and honesty these employees put in. I delivered pizzas for years myself and I will admit that I would not have done what Ryan or Douglas did. These guys don’t get paid enough, so why bother with the extra effort? Ryan didn’t care- he called immediately. Douglas didn’t care- he offered before being asked (which I did not accept). This location will forever have my business whenever I am in town. Thank you Ryan for the effort to do right and to Douglas for telling me this review is the best way to appreciate Domino’s staff!!!“

“I order from this location only. Tonight as I was waiting for my pizza I observed the young man putting the peppers in the pizza boxes. He had no gloves on and kept putting his hands on his face and hair and also putting them in his pockets. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was busy. They sent this young man over to talk with me who I had this issue with. He told me his hands were clean. He must not realize he needs to keep his hands off his person and out of his pockets to remain clean. Especially if he’s touching food people potentially eat with no gloves on.“
