I instructed them to put one of the toppings particular to that side so we could identify which side was which. they told us they couldn't do that but they would make each side identifiable. “I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“Me and my family love ordering from here! We always get the very huge Calzones! And the Philly cheese steak sandwiches! Also the salads are pretty good too! Food is always ready on time, no wait! We order anytime between 3pm -6pm on usually busy days, never had to wait. Was always ready at pickup time and usually ready earlier that the pickup time! and also very fresh/hot! Today they gave us a free platter of cinnamon bites, that the guy said were new to the menu! Those were really good too! We have ordered several times now and the team members are always very nice and welcoming! Very clean inside! Im guessing older bad reviews are from older management. “I have no idea how my pizza turned out, but that’s no fault of Domino’s or its employees bc my dumb-butt self ordered a pizza to my in-laws instead of my own home which is an hour away from this location. While this is embarrassing, I wanted to give a shoutout to Ryan, the delivery driver, who went above and beyond. Domino’s is less than 2 minutes from my house and when I became curious of where on Earth my pizza was, I finally realized my mistake and called my in-laws. Despite it being paid for and the tip included, Ryan still refused to drop off my order until he spoke with me as my in-laws told him I do not live there. This location (Douglas) offered to refund my order, despite it being completely my fault. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the care and honesty these employees put in. I delivered pizzas for years myself and I will admit that I would not have done what Ryan or Douglas did. These guys don’t get paid enough, so why bother with the extra effort? Ryan didn’t care- he called immediately. Douglas didn’t care- he offered before being asked (which I did not accept). This location will forever have my business whenever I am in town. Thank you Ryan for the effort to do right and to Douglas for telling me this review is the best way to appreciate Domino’s staff!!!“

“I order from this location only. Tonight as I was waiting for my pizza I observed the young man putting the peppers in the pizza boxes. He had no gloves on and kept putting his hands on his face and hair and also putting them in his pockets. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was busy. They sent this young man over to talk with me who I had this issue with. He told me his hands were clean. He must not realize he needs to keep his hands off his person and out of his pockets to remain clean. Especially if he’s touching food people potentially eat with no gloves on.“
