“I went to Hungry Howies in Fishhawk tonight around 6:45 p.m. The crew there was amazing. They were completely on top of everything, efficient, polite, and the pizza was great! They were super busy, and I was expecting sub-par pizza, but it was just as great as always. It made my heart smile to see such hard working, diligent young workers. Hats off to the crew!!“

“Everything was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed a generously portioned chicken parm and eggplant parm. The sub roll was soft and fresh and there was a good amount of sauce and cheese on the sandwich. “I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“I used the mobile ordering , it was quick and easy. The food was perfectly made. I got med pepperoni pizza, chicken caesar salad, and brownie cookie. The salad had all the components separated, which was nice, especially since I could add as much as I wanted with each item. I got extra pepperoni on the pizza, and it was packed. I especially wanted to say a big Thank You for the guy who came out in the rain to deliver my order curbside.“

“I order from this location only. Tonight as I was waiting for my pizza I observed the young man putting the peppers in the pizza boxes. He had no gloves on and kept putting his hands on his face and hair and also putting them in his pockets. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was busy. They sent this young man over to talk with me who I had this issue with. He told me his hands were clean. He must not realize he needs to keep his hands off his person and out of his pockets to remain clean. Especially if he’s touching food people potentially eat with no gloves on.“
