“We stopped in before a full day of activities with the kids. The employee helping ua was nice and our food was out quickly. It was good for what we needed. Kinda wish there was the buffet, but that is a personal preference. Nothing wrong with how they had this place set up. It was more quick casual.“

“Not sure why but it's not giving me the option to reply so I'll reply here, Owner... my last 2 orders were messed up. For the delivery order, I was brought the wrong food. I called, someone came, took the wrong and gave me the right food but it was cold by then. Second order was pickup. I ordered 3 extra sauces & was charged but didn't get them. I didn't call in about that. Your food is great. I'm only answering your question. No hate here.“

“After growing tired of eating chain store pizza with a seemingly decreasing quality, or being just outside of delivery area, our neighbors recommended Formaggios. We tried a meatlover, and a white pizza without spinach. I don’t see myself going back to chain restaurant pizza if I’m near Formaggio’s!“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“Wanted to try this place for a while. I decided to give uber eats a go after years of using Door Dash as my procrastination food ordering platform. Since i have no time to waste on going out and use my time wisely in order to make sure me n my mom have food on the way. I don't order out every day, only when I'm to tired to drive or my hands are so cramped i cant trust myself cooking. I work in a warehouse so yeah i wake up every day like a truck ran me over. I thought the deal was to good to be real and alas... i was right. I was hoping the pizza be a bit bigger vs the price. I do admit that the food quality n presentation is on point but like other reviewers have stated? The dough is so bland! I was like! How!? How do u dare do a pizza dough that literally feels so chewy n delightful in my mouth and then sucker punch me in my culinary heart by making it tasteless? What a cruel thing to do to a person that loves pizza! Everything on top of the pizza was very tasty and on point. The cheese, the pineapple and even the ham! But then place those beautiful flavors on a dough without a soul? I gave it a 4 cuz the ingredients, presentation and quality is gourmet quality but the size vs price and the dough taste is my only problem. I know this review reads as a 3 star. But 4 is fair. The pizza came clean, no extra ingredients (hair body matter), it was boxed with love and professionally done. I don't know if this was a fluke and like always. The place deserves a second chance and I intend on checking the "in person" experience. I'm a huge fan of pizza places, i was one of those teens during the 90's that enjoyed going to them for the quarter arcade machines, the gravity drop quarter prize game. Where u had to land the quarter on a tiny island n win a free large pizza. Me and my cousins had that game beat to a science. The owner had to remove the game lol we would walk out with free food every other weekend. The arcade game if curious? It was ghost n ghouls! The original Dark Souls. I wish i could play that game and feel the same feelings. Now i just want to throw the phone across the room as i rage quit lol **if curious about the math and physics behind the gravity drop game? Make sure when u release the quarter, it lands flat dead center. You do that by giving the quarter to the kid or adult with the longest finger nails. Then just tilt it in the slim slit, catalog, calculate and adjust the angle until u get lucky. That the quarter cancels the maximum velocity on the landing n it'll eventually just slide n stop near the edge. Or bounce upwards and land perfectly dead center. ....
