“We ordered delivery for the first time from Cicala's (have done pick up several times) through their website! I've never had pizza actually show up when they give the delivery time but it did with them, down to the minute. Delicious, hot and all items ordered were included with no issues.

It was the first time in a looong time that we were able to get together and catch up and We had quite a rambunctious group of kiddos and my friend and I were probably in over our heads but Skylar was so sweet and kind to our kids. Her patience with them helped us feel like we weren’t a complete nuisance. They were already busy and then we added our group to the mix and the whole staff was just calm and helpful. “My sister in law and I came in to pick up our pizzas. I quickly threw my credit card down at the register and tried to pay. There was a “cat fight” while we each attempted to pay. Caleb, who was working the register…….did his best to be neutral. He was very courteous and respectful. He even tried to get us to split the bill and each pay 1/2. “I placed an online order & another customer accidentally took my order. Once this was quickly figured out, the manager on duty got all the employees attention & they all quickly worked together to remake my order. The Manager did a great job and handling this situation and ensuring that my order was made quickly on top of still making sure that the deliveries went out on time and the other customers walking in were still taken care of. They were definitely busy but everyone did a great job and handling the business, chaos of my order being taken and remade on the fly.“

“Absolutely the best pizza. Always fresh. Everything is delicious. Atmosphere if you decide to dine in is really good. Customer service is great. I had issue where I was accidentally overcharged. Manager fixed immediately and apologized. My children Absolutely love going there. They also have budget friendly coupons. I live about 25 minutes away and it's always worth the drive. I've also had it delivered via door dash and it was still delicious.

“crazy busy on a Friday night. you would think this was the only pizza place in Lakeland. The Papa John’s straight across the street was entirely empty. this place has friendly staff. A bit overwhelmed. But focused. If you like little Caesars pizza lol they should do the trick. they managed to give me the wrong pizza, however, I wasn’t gonna wait in line for and have them remake it.“
