Short on drivers when I tried to order and it was later so the guy there offered to cancel since we couldn't pick it up, and we got refund and 50% discount. Situation sucked but no fault of their own. The guy on the phone did his best to accommodate and that's great service! Placed order ahead next day on app and food was great besides the marinara cups, most of them except one had slightly strange smell. There was literally a big sharp piece of plastic within the stuffed crust that I bit down on and cut the inside of my mouth. The "manager" did not seem to care or want to rectify the situation.

All Papa Johns commercials show a nice thick round edge crust. TV, print ads, etc.. Show this nice fluffy rounded edge, well what did I get? a flat crust. This outright angers me to no end. I wont make that mistake again.
