All Papa Johns commercials show a nice thick round edge crust. TV, print ads, etc.. Show this nice fluffy rounded edge, well what did I get? a flat crust. This outright angers me to no end. I wont make that mistake again.

Short on drivers when I tried to order and it was later so the guy there offered to cancel since we couldn't pick it up, and we got refund and 50% discount. Situation sucked but no fault of their own. The guy on the phone did his best to accommodate and that's great service! Placed order ahead next day on app and food was great besides the marinara cups, most of them except one had slightly strange smell. A few upon arriving had the lids raised from pressure and had a vinegar yeast smell but not rancid. The one in the cheese breadstick box had no pressure at all and smelled only of tomato like how you'd expect. I used some of the marinara with the smell and was fine. Mightve sat before order was done and slightly changed. I cook all the time and it happens but doesn't mean it's bad, certain ingredients change smell from oxidizing or normal bacteria in it already, vinegar might be in the sauce too. It tasted fine no different, but if you have food that you're unsure about eating, don't! When in doubt throw it out. I wasn't fully in doubt because it smelled just a little different, not bad. Prob was less fresh than the other but they make so much food I understand, marinara often has that smell.

Absolute worst customer service the “manager” told me my attitude wasn’t necessary after I waited over an hour for my pizza when she told me I had six minutes left and they never even started making it. When I called to speak to the manager not knowing that Brooklyn was the manager (the woman in the front who cashed me out) I said, why was your comment necessary to yell at me in front of other customers/ my 6 year old and she asked why my comment was necessary when I had said “thanks for nothing” with my kid crying because he was so hungry. And she hung up on me. Uncalled for! When I was just trying to pick up a cute heart-shaped pizza for my sister and I. Who has stage 4 breast cancer. I do understand Valentine’s Day is a crazy day for 99% of restaurants. But do not be rude and lie right to my face. Upon arriving home with no food, I told my sister the entire story. And she said maybe we can just call and it in and have it delivered I said well I waited over an hour. I’m not sure what the wait time is so she called and Brooklyn answered the phone and my sister had asked her name she asked why is this a joke and laughed and hung up on my sister. We got 0 food but 10/10 horrible service by the “manager” who represents your store. Also a side note none of the staff were wearing gloves to make the food. That was my first and last time at that location.

There was literally a big sharp piece of plastic within the stuffed crust that I bit down on and cut the inside of my mouth. The "manager" did not seem to care or want to rectify the situation.

Sent a completely burned cookie to my home along with giving me thin crust pizza when I ordered original. Also put sausage on my pizza when I asked for no sausage and it even says it on the ticket, yet sausage all over. Nothing from this order was edible and I’m highly disappointed as a loyal customer. This takes the cake.

Online tracking is useless, says it’s ready and it’s not, then it moves to Picked up and I’m still here waiting on it, standing here for 10 minutes watching 2 of my items under the warmer.

Do better. Ordered a pizza an hour in advance. 15 min prior to pick up I received a phone call stating they couldn't make dough and then the stupid question of "would you like me to cancel your order?" If you don't have dough what options do I have? Then the even more pathetic statement of you should see a refund within 24-48 hours, have a great day. I'm sure that's typical as i paid with credit card, but I'm glad I'm not hurting for money. You should have at least offered a future coupon for your inconvenience and late phone call.

Ordered large pepperoni and a cheese bread. I used to think Papa John's was king, not anymore. Where's the sauce on the pizza? The cheesebread was cardboard thin and hard. Back to Dominos or Pizza Hut I go!

Ordered for pick up. Pizza was ready. Ordered additional sauces to try like the New Doritos Cool Ranch and some Garlic Parm sauce. Asked the lady at the register when she handed my pizza boxes to me (Pizza, Breadsticks, Cookie), "Are all the sauces in the box", she replied Yes. I should have double checked, when I got home the additional sauces weren't in the box. I called the store and pressed 5 to speak to a manager. She answered the phone and proceed to call me rude and the call disconnected. I tried calling back and they would not answer the phone. Even tried from a different telephone number and they would not answer.

We live a block away and have given this location a few chances. We are done. The lack of friendly customer service has been consistent. The lack of cheese on all of your pizzas is an unnecessary corner to cut in this industry. Each time I order and pay for toppings they are literally plopped onto one spot only. This place is always full of staff...but I'm guessing management just doesn't care. Good luck to you, small changes could make a huge difference here.

Rude and dismissive - I've ordered from Papa Johns for a long time, and twice a week during the year working from home because of pandemic. Never had a problem until recently. Pizza order has consistently had barely any sauce even though I ordered extra. When I called this time, the person tried to get me quickly off the phone w "so you want a credit to your account". When I said okay but would really like the pizza the way I ordered it, she proceeded to tell me how extra sauce wasn't really that much more and when I explained that extra sauce shouldn't be nearly dry, she huffed and said, "so you want the credit?" Not sure I'll be using it now.
