Our italian ice and ice cream were very good and the employees were attentive and helpful. My only critique is that they need to work on their system of handing out orders. Take names, give numbers, or just confirm the order before handing out orders. Several times while we were waiting the wrong person was handed someone else's order, my daughters included. It was handed to someone else who had ordered the same thing after us. It wasn't until after the employee handed it off...read full review
