Hut location 1944 E. Hwy 60 in Valrico, FL. Been picking up my pizza orders there for the past 5-6 years. Online order times are almost always 15 minutes (once in a great while, 20 minutes). Nearly always ready when I get there to pick it up but, if I have to wait, never longer than a few minutes. Food is ALWAYS hot when I pick it up and still hot when I get it home. So far, order has been "wrong" about a half dozen times. They've substituted large for medium pizzas each time...read full review
Food was hot and fresh. The pizza was good for what it was, my problem was they didn't have the type of crust we ordered and also didn't have the breadsticks we ordered and paid for. Still waiting on the refund they said I would receive.

I've called to order pizza on 4 different occasions. They are rude, don't listen, and try to rush you while taking your order or advise youth order online. You can't use the coupons they send you unless it's online. Very expensive for cheese, & tomatoes sauce on bread. The boneless wings is mostly breading.Parking: It's not eat in, only pick-up
