I called to place an order at 10:20 they pick up the phone and immediately put me on hold without saying a word had me listening to a pizza hut advertisment for 10+ mins.Like if don't want the business then close your store. There's no reason people should experience that kinda of customer service

Ordered through pizza hut online. They delivered my pizza through doordash. The pizza didn't come in a delivery bag so the pizza was very cold when I got it. I called the store that I ordered from and explained my problem, they guy who answered got very defensive and was talking over me while i was trying to explain the problem. After he yelled at me. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. With out giving me a credit or refund. I tried to call back and the store keep forwarding my call to the call center who could not help me with customer service issue. The man who refused to give me his name was very unperfesonal and rude. Probably the WORST customer service I have ever received.

If I could give zero stars I would. Whatever immature man child answered the phone Sat night around 945 should be fired. This child argued with my wife over the phone and cursed at her over recieving cold pizzas via Door Dash when we didnt order through door dash. The boy then proceeeded to hang up on her and then ignored all call backs and forwarded us to the call center. This individual should be terminated immediately. DO NOT order from here.

Sebastian needs a lesson in customer service or a new job. Absolute worst interaction I have ever experienced as a customer. I called bc an item was not delivered with my order, he argued with me saying I didn't order it, when I said my receipt has it on it he then offered me a $2 credit, I wasn't happy with that and politely asked for something else, he was very argumentive over the cost of the item and then changed his mind and offered $1 credit. So I paid $48 for a large stuffed crust pizza. Never will I order from this location again.

Angry is an understatement! After a long hard day of loading a moving truck, I just wanted a dinner box for me and my husband so I didn’t have to cook. We were starving and we needed the carbs. It was around 10 something at night, and my local Pizza Hut here in Plant City had the error message “deal not available.” So, I placed the order for this location in Valrico. I ordered a garlic Parmesan pizza with onions, the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks come with it in the box I ordered. I placed an order on the app using my gift card and debit card. I remember after using my gift card, the total was $8. I SPECIFICALLY remember plugging in my husband’s debit card number and placing the order… Then once I drive all the way to Valrico, a 20 minute drive, I was handed a regular order of stale breadsticks! They were cold and weren’t the slightest bit warm! My husband checked his account and saw that only .19 cents was withdrawn, and then I checked my app and it said I ordered breadsticks! I KNOW I didn’t just drive all that way for some old breadsticks. I KNOW I didn’t accidentally order breadsticks because I was prompted to pay the $8. Given that the breadsticks were cold, again, I KNOW I didn’t mis-click because even if I accidentally ordered those, they would’ve been hot!!! I am pretty sure the staff somehow changed my order because it was so close to closing time and they didn’t want to make the order. So they gave me a nasty 2 hour old hard order of breadsticks. Guilty as charged because when my husband asked, they were really rude and hateful! I am reaching out to corporate, something I rarely do but this just does not feel right to me!
