“I had the pleasure of dining in the Valrico restaurant and tho my review is not all pleasant the results of my issue was pleasant...My mom and I came in for dinner after her Chemo Treatment...Our waitress Bianca was very nice...we ordered our food a Pancake breakfast and Pot Pie...as we waited some time we noticed that tables whom were seated after us were getting their food...well after the 3rd table was served I finally called our waitress over to ask how long would it be she politely responded I'm checking on it now...so I asked could I please speak with a manager...The reason being is that I felt I didn't need to address the waitress because she was going to continue serving us and I didn't want the tension between us...The manager came out can't remember her name I explained to her that we had been waiting quite a while for our food and in the meantime no one said anything to us of why it's taking so long...she apologized and offered us freebies to our satisfaction...We refused the freebies because we wanted what we ordered we didn't come to get anything free...To my surprise she was very professional listened to our problem with a pleasant attitude...Even tho we refused she brought dessert to the table..just wanted to say Thank you to not only her but also Bianca I will definitely be back again...The our dinner was amazing...“

“We went to this restaurant for the first time and we loved it. The food was excellent. Naan was perfection! Spice was perfect. Service was excellent. Met the owner and he was the kindest person! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.“

“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). No matter - this was not our first time at Cali’s and definitely not the last. We look forward to our next visit and selections. Thank you … Zoey (and staff) for another great “Cali experience!”“

“Five stars ***** True southern home style cooking. I can see why there is a line waiting out the door. The food is well seasoned. The buffet is quickly restocked when an item runs low. Nothing tastes like it was pre-made. Well worth the price.
Jeffrey was serving our table. He was on top of everything. From clearing plates, filling drinks, to bringing extra napkins, he was practically reading our minds! Thank you for a lovely lunch. We will be back to try the breakfast buffet soon.“

“Service was excellent. Owner served us he was very friendly. The food was excellent. I had the Mezza appetizer which had Greek salad, dolmades, falafel, hummus, babaganoush and taziki sauce. My husband had some potato salad on his plate and I tried some it was so good. I was given spanikopita to sample. It was so flaky. I used the bathroom and it was clean and smelled nice.“

“This is my spouse and I’s FAVORITE place to eat. The atmosphere, the food, the wine, the staff, the chef, EVERYTHING is perfect. We are now (sort of) regulars, as we have a young one and don’t get a lot of date nights. They import their wine/beer from small Italian farms / brewery’s, which has never been a let down. I will always recommend this place to someone looking for authentic Italian food. Do yourself a favor and try this place, just once. You will also become a regular like us!“

“Our server, Mili, was outstanding!! Extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. I had the smoke brisket melt with mac and cheese and my bride had pulled pork mac and cheese. Then to top it all off we shared the turtle brownie sundae. Every morsel, of everything, was over the top! Absolutely delicious!!!! I also told the manager how delighted we were of the entire experience!! Can't return soon enough!! Thanks, Mili!!! UDABEST!!“

“This is one of my favorite sushi spots. The food is great and comes out relatively quickly, sometimes there is a bit of a wait depending on what day you go but that is usual. “This guy came to my apartment complex yesterday. I love food trucks & after a hard workout, I was hungry. The owner was super friendly & took my order and gave me the food exactly as I wanted it. I got the BBQ burger w/ out onions & I am extremely impressed. I told my wife that I’ve had a few good burgers in my life but I can’t really think of any that touches this guys bbq burger! I ordered my wife 6 wings plain with the sauces separated in cups so she could have them when she got home. She was also impressed. Both items were delicious and it wasn’t insanely priced like the other trucks. Thank you for visiting our apartment & we will definitely be seeing you soon!!!!“
