Our server, Mili, was outstanding!! Extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. I had the smoke brisket melt with mac and cheese and my bride had pulled pork mac and cheese. Then to top it all off we shared the turtle brownie sundae. Every morsel, of everything, was over the top! Absolutely delicious!!!! I also told the manager how delighted we were of the entire experience!! Can't return soon enough!! Thanks, Mili!!! UDABEST!!
Good food, atmosphere and service.
I'm vacationing in Tampa and when I got to my hotel, I started searching for somewhere to eat close by. I saw that Ford's Garage was not that far; I clicked on the website link and checked out the not only the photos of the place but the menu as well. I decided to give it a try as it was something different. When I pulled up, I loved the outside with the old antique cars. Ford's Garage is a good place to eat with great service. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Specific meals mentioned include the fried skillet with mac and cheese with chicken, the burnt ends brisket sandwich, and burgers. The tasty burgers were a little smaller than a previous visit, and one burger was a little dry in spots and slightly overcooked at times. The fish was good, but the breading flavor was not a favorite. The menus are extensive, with bar and culinary options, and TVs around the walls. The locations are spacious, with booths, tables, or a veranda, making it a great place to bring family and friends. The service was outstanding, with staff providing refills before asked and taking care of kids. One server saw a rare burger and extra well done fries coming out wrong and had it fixed before it reached the table. The star of the show is Lexa, who is extremely kind and outgoing. You can count on the food always being good, and it is highly recommended.
