“Ok, first I have to start off by saying this place has a wonderful owner, I believe his name was David. He greeted me with the most prodigious smile that showed his care and ambition for the business. The young girls working in the scooping area were also exquisite workers that kept a good flow of the business. The taste of the custard left sparkles of flavor that unequivocally indicated that this is the place to be. They had a plethora of scintillating flavor options and it really opened my eyes to the world of custard. You should definitely check out this marvelous masterpiece that is Andy’s Frozen Custard. “Stopped in for the first time yesterday. The inside has seating and the kitchen is opened so you can see on the left all the fruits and on the right you can see your bowls, smoothies etc be made. I got the PB&J bowl with added blue vanilla on top which was delicious, the Açaí was blended with blueberries and strawberries which you could see the blueberries and the toppings were delicious. I will say I didn't like the peanut butter just glopped on the top I was hoping it would be layered but overall it was still a good bowl. I also got my son a chocolate PB smoothie which was delicious as well you can definitely taste both flavors. I would definitely come back they have a nice variety of smoothies and bowls and you can customize them to your liking.“
“For the past year, I have been coming to Bruster's ice cream and for the most part the ice cream has been great!!! I like the variety of flavors and that flavor of the ice cream actually tastes as it is supposed to be.My issue, and why I gave this location 4 Stars, is the inconsistent sizing of the Peanut Butter cup Sundae and the customer service. For example, the Peanut Butter cup Sundae is supposed to be served in a clear plastic bowl. Though, whenever I have ordered it, it either comes in the large cup, or the clear bowl.This last time, the sundae was served in a large cup and it was missing the actual peanut butter and there was no hot fudge in it.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one was not on duty and that the manager would not be in till the next day. When I called the next day and explained the situation to the manager, all she could offer was a $1.00 off coupon.For a place that serves $8.00 sundae's, my expectation is that item is served in the correct bowl with the correct amount ingredients. So, when I bring an issue to the attention of the stores management, I should be offered something more than a $1.00 off.“

“A detour from Jimmy John's led to another Plant City gem.I was headed to Jimmy John's to grab a quick bite while running errands.At the corner of my eye, I saw a sign for a new restaurant. I love finding hidden gems in Plant City, so I entered. I don’t regret the experience.It was clearly family-owned, and everybody was involved in making sure I felt comfortable. They are a classic cafe bakery, and everything looked and sounded great from the descriptions. I was greeted by who I believe is the owner. He was warm and welcoming and informed me of their menu. The cashier at checkout was a young girl who was patient while I fumbled through what I wanted. I believe the mom suggested the chicken salad and even gave me a sample to try. It was very tasty. I settled on a turkey slider, a small pepperoni pizza, and their popular chicken salad sandwich.The turkey slider was simple and straightforward. Meat, cheese, and bread. I was honestly under the impression that it was a ground turkey burger slider. This still worked out, as it was a sandwich for my toddler. The only reason I would not purchase it again is because my toddler does not typically go for cold-cut sandwiches. It's a great option for kids and was recommended by the young girl cashier.The pizza was crisp, fresh, and hot. You can't go wrong with the classic pepperoni. The crust is more like a New York slice, very thin with a crispy bottom. I love the sauce on this pizza. The pepperonis were also salty and greasy in the best way. LOL. I'll order this in the future to share with my toddler.The star of the show was definitely the chicken salad sandwich. I wish I would have gotten two of them. The chicken salad comes on two mini croissants. It was filling, but not heavy. Light but not full of fluff. The chicken was seasoned well, and I loved the addition of grapes and apples. I know I have to bring my mom back just so we can buy a pint of the chicken salad. It is that good. I see why it's popular.They did have a great range of desserts as well. I all my own Bakery and could tell just from looking that the desserts were well prepared and not try. When I go back for a pint of chicken salad, I'll be sure to grab at least a slice of strawberry cake. It looked delicious.Overall 5/5 experience. Great food. Superior service. Workers have been nothing but kind, even after I have come in with a large group (due to circumstances out of my control trust me) they never batted an eye or had a hint of attitude. The staff are personable, prices are reasonable, and most importantly the food (my fav is large acai with no pb and extra nutella) this acai bowl transcends every other one i’ve had and i’ve lived in 9 different states so far, this food truck has hands DOWN the best bowls. if you don’t finish (or order two like me) you can eat some at dinner and then safely refrigerate the leftovers for morning and the leftovers are just as delicious which is rare for acai bowl in my opinion. they also have jenga at all the tables for family fun with gorgeous outdoor lighting. me and my late fiancé adores this place and i think everyone should give it a chance and come check it out!!lol i think in their #1 fan“

“Solid place for NY foods. I would definitely recommend getting the Mulberry Street or the Staten Island heroes. I love their Ice Cream/ Ice selection too. My only gripe would be that sometimes the customer service here isnt up to standard compared to all the other local places. For example, If I want to buy bread, you can give me a heads up if its fresh or not. No point of buying something stale. Overall, def would recommend this place but be wary of stale bread or cookies.“

“i was here for a friends 16th birthday, our server, caleb, was awesome. as soon as we came in, he was serving us and being super helpful with the menu & he did a great job with our friends birthday !! there were 5 of us and our drink came with only 3 ringpops, so he gave us extra so we all could have one. the manager, tylor, was checking on us regularly and making sure we were good to go with anything we needed. even though this is a less traditional place, service never fails. the food was amazing and so was the atomosphere. music hyped us up and it was just an amazing evening. i totally recommend coming for a birthday especially!!!“

“We had an amazing experience at this location. We were in the mall and saw the store at a corner an decided to go in since we always purchase it at our local supermarket. We were a party of 4 and we all just love the same ice cream flavor, Swiss Chocolate Almond. We did not see it on the display and I asked one of the employees about it and he said: " We have it in the back". He went and grabbed it for us and served all four really quick. I want to give a shout out to Jason for his amazing customer service and for taking care of us in such a wonderful way! “Good burgers and friendly staff. The way that they handle serving the custard makes things a little confusing. They give it to you after you eat which makes sense to keep it cold. Problem was that the staff had no record of what we ordered and I mistakenly threw the receipt away, so it created some confusion for everyone. Either way, food was good, and service was great. It is so cool to watch all the neighborhood kids and teens come in and parents bring their kids for a treat while they do their homework. The ice cream is so good and the prices are amazing. It is really neat how you can do candle making there and pick pieces of pottery to paint on the fly or you can book a party. Also, I love how they offer art and pottery classes for kids.
