There had to be at least 10–15 people in front of me, but he stayed patient, friendly, and in a good mood the whole time. He treated everyone with kindness and never looked annoyed or rushed, even with such a long line.

By the time it was my turn, he made my ice cream perfectly, and you could tell he actually enjoyed helping people. It honestly made my night. Give that man a tip, a bonus, or a raise—he deserves it! And y’all definitely need a third person working on holiday weekdays because it gets busy.“

We won a cute plushie in the claw machine while waiting for our food . “Cannot recommend Art Monkey enough! We recently hosted our young daughter’s birthday there and it was the absolute sweetest time! The new owners made planning flawless and everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. She was so good with the kids and they had a blast. “I visited this Häagen-Dazs location for the first time yesterday, and I was impressed by both the atmosphere and service. The shop has a great vibe, very clean and inviting.

I was served by Nuria, and even though she seemed to be working all by herself, she was very fast, It’s rare to see someone work with that much efficiency while still being so genuinely kind and attentive. She has a great energy and was so sweet the entire time.

“The Best Ice Cream! The Dutch Chocolate is my favorite. Please tell the delivery person to stock WAY MORE of it at the new Aldi store on Moon Lake Rd, New Port Richey FL. They are always out of Dutch Chocolate! (The PINT size for one person.)

(Update) Right after I wrote this, and called the company, a bunch of the pint size Dutch Chocolate did come in. Thank you very much! I was happy for a week or so. The last two times I looked, there has been NO Dutch Chocolate again. I just took all the ice cream out and put them to the side looking down deep. NONE. They had a lot of every flavor known to man in there. The freezer was packed with ice cream but NO Dutch Chocolate! A basic flavor! The delivery person must hate chocolate I guess!“

We checked on it and another employee went and made it for us BUT.. he slammed the drink on the counter when he brought it out to us while displaying a not so frienly attitude thus ruining an otherwise pleasant experience.
