“I had a great experience thanks to this young lady with glasses with straight hair around 8:30 PM She provided amazing customer service at the register was very friendly patient and made the whole checkout process smooth and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about customers and keeps a positive attitude even during late hours. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had coming here.“

Their dedication to customer service is evident in every aspect of the store. The variety of frozen treats, from their famous Italian ice to the creamy custards, was outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced. I particularly loved the blend of Italian ice with custard—it was a deliciously refreshing treat. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I could tell they really care about giving customers a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! “Cannot recommend Art Monkey enough! We recently hosted our young daughter’s birthday there and it was the absolute sweetest time! The new owners made planning flawless and everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. She was so good with the kids and they had a blast. Made her day so special and all the parents kept commenting how they enjoyed it as well (food and wine/beer a major plus!). The kids all got to paint a ceramic followed but a delicious ice cream treat. What a special afternoon ☺️“

“One of my guilty pleasures is ice cream on Sunday evening. I go the same place, pretty much at the same time every week and my favorite ice cream server (Kayden) prepares my Pecan Prelean Twirl with extra pecans exactly the way I like it.
