“I like the place. It's ice cream hard to mess up. The funniest thing and why I had to leave a review is people honestly writing bad reviews because of delivery of ice cream in Florida ? Are you people serious ? I saw people complaining that the delivery they got of ice cream was melted wtf do you expect ? It's Florida and ice cream depending how far people are you can be in Alaska in a car and the ice cream will melt . I don't even know how ice cream delivery would work on a cone not in a cup. You should expect it melted wow why bring a business' stars down because you got ice cream delivered wtf I saw those reviews and laughed .“

“I go to Ritas about 2-3 times a week and I always have an amazing experience thanks to a worker by the name of Izzy. She’s so respectful & always greets me when I walk in. Whenever I don’t know what I want, she always gives the best suggestions and is very patient even when i’m still unsure. I would highly recommend going to this Rita’s location solely because of the atmosphere izzy brings to this place, when she works everything is always so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Izzy’s a real one :)!!!“

“This location saved the day. We had a school event in less than 24 hrs and needed 13 Dz donuts. Previous plans were made somewhere else but they backed out on us. I walked in just hoping to not be laughed at for the short notice. The employees there were kind and reached out to their manager. I had just enough time to get my order in with 4 minutes to spareThe next morning my order was ready and I met the manager to say thanks. She was kind and helped me brings the donuts to the car, without asking. I remembered I needed 2 more dz for Teachers and that was taking care of swiftly as well.Stop by and meet the manager and great employees.“

“My daughter wanted to stop here so we did , parking was not convenient,parking lot small with three businesses side by side.First time here we walked in it was so cold and unfriendly we were the only customers, it was two staffed they seen us come in and turned their heads so they wouldn’t have to speak.I assumed we used the kiosk because my daughter seen it on TikTok so we did it was cool .When we were done the guy brought a box said have a good day.We were in and out , I’m old school I like to be greeted with a smile and due the staff I would not return.“

Watched the boss man get on to them one day in a friendly reprimand way. Its a regular spot for people for a reason. Coffee, gelato, and tons of other stuff.. like mini canolis.“

“A little slow but theyvare busy. This place kills it as far as ice cream is concerned. The only issue I have is see if you could locate dishes that are not paper and use insulated dishes like Styrofoam so the ice doesn't melt as fast. Lots of choices, tastes great, and scoops are huge myself 3 is enough, kids should get 1 maybe 2 if they are hungry after dinner. But beware, it is homemade therefore may melt fast...“
