“We absolutely LOVE Strachan’s and visit as often as we can. My only negative is that I’ve been WAITING for the red velvet ice cream to be available but I’ve yet to see it. 😭“

“Cookies are such an American staple. I found their Smores Skillet cookie to be the best one I tried. I've heard that people sleep on their cakes, and that's a mistake. They have, hands down, one of the best Strawberry Short cakes I've tried. The rest of the cookies I got we meh. I wouldn't come back for them.
The shop itself is super cute and quaint. I like that it's self service, however the staff should take a look at the cleanliness of the foyer. The floor was visibly dirty and neglected on my visit. Sometimes it's out of sight, out of mind, but the customer can see it all.
The people were friendly but seemed to be busy, so I guess that's a good thing for a business. Overall, I liked my order but the experience and cookies were pretty satisfying but average.“

“One of my guilty pleasures is ice cream on Sunday evening. I go the same place, pretty much at the same time every week and my favorite ice cream server (Kayden) prepares my Pecan Prelean Twirl with extra pecans exactly the way I like it. “I’m from NJ , so being from up north you don’t find certain foods and restaurants. I was so joyed to have found this jem so close to home here in Florida.“
“We went inside the store to place our order. The employee taking our order was very nice. We got our order except for the drink. We checked on it and another employee went and made it for us BUT.. he slammed the drink on the counter when he brought it out to us while displaying a not so frienly attitude thus ruining an otherwise pleasant experience. Hope he's feeling better now!!!!“
