“Yummy ice cream delivered to my home on a Friday night during covid. Since quarantine, I have learned how to get delivery of many things. This was a first for ice cream, and I was pleasantly surprised, considering I am in Florida. The order also arrived much quicker than originally estimated, which was another huge plus. When a girl wants ice cream she needs her ice cream lol. I remember having a Baskin Robbins nearby when I was growing up in NJ, but then I don't remember seeing one for a long time. Anyway, its been about 25 yrs since I have had Baskin Robbins ice cream. It took me back to my simpler days as a kid. Thank you for a wonderful delivery experience and for bringing back memories“

“I ordered the lotus, and it was absolutely fantastic! It was warm throughout, and the vanilla, soft serve with the perfect compliment to it. We waited about 10 minutes for my lotus to cook, it was freshly made on spot. My husband ordered the cheesecake shake and really enjoyed it! We will certainly be back.“
“Euro trash is life changing. Genuinely the best ice cream I've ever had. Whether delivered or in person, its quality has never changed. Workers have been nothing but kind, even after I have come in with a large group (due to circumstances out of my control trust me) they never batted an eye or had a hint of attitude. I cant say enough how amazing that idea was. My wife tried the mint chocolate chip with a chocolate dipped cone and was very pleased. “Solid place for NY foods. I would definitely recommend getting the Mulberry Street or the Staten Island heroes. I love their Ice Cream/ Ice selection too. My only gripe would be that sometimes the customer service here isnt up to standard compared to all the other local places. For example, If I want to buy bread, you can give me a heads up if its fresh or not. No point of buying something stale. Overall, def would recommend this place but be wary of stale bread or cookies.“

“For the past year, I have been coming to Bruster's ice cream and for the most part the ice cream has been great!!! I like the variety of flavors and that flavor of the ice cream actually tastes as it is supposed to be.My issue, and why I gave this location 4 Stars, is the inconsistent sizing of the Peanut Butter cup Sundae and the customer service. For example, the Peanut Butter cup Sundae is supposed to be served in a clear plastic bowl. Though, whenever I have ordered it, it either comes in the large cup, or the clear bowl.This last time, the sundae was served in a large cup and it was missing the actual peanut butter and there was no hot fudge in it.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one was not on duty and that the manager would not be in till the next day. When I called the next day and explained the situation to the manager, all she could offer was a $1.00 off coupon.For a place that serves $8.00 sundae's, my expectation is that item is served in the correct bowl with the correct amount ingredients. So, when I bring an issue to the attention of the stores management, I should be offered something more than a $1.00 off.“

“Stopped in for the first time yesterday. The inside has seating and the kitchen is opened so you can see on the left all the fruits and on the right you can see your bowls, smoothies etc be made. I got the PB&J bowl with added blue vanilla on top which was delicious, the Açaí was blended with blueberries and strawberries which you could see the blueberries and the toppings were delicious. I will say I didn't like the peanut butter just glopped on the top I was hoping it would be layered but overall it was still a good bowl. I also got my son a chocolate PB smoothie which was delicious as well you can definitely taste both flavors. I would definitely come back they have a nice variety of smoothies and bowls and you can customize them to your liking.“

“i was here for a friends 16th birthday, our server, caleb, was awesome. as soon as we came in, he was serving us and being super helpful with the menu & he did a great job with our friends birthday !! there were 5 of us and our drink came with only 3 ringpops, so he gave us extra so we all could have one. the manager, tylor, was checking on us regularly and making sure we were good to go with anything we needed. even though this is a less traditional place, service never fails. the food was amazing and so was the atomosphere. music hyped us up and it was just an amazing evening. i totally recommend coming for a birthday especially!!!“
“I love this place!!!! You just don’t get more community oriented then this place right here. It is so cool to watch all the neighborhood kids and teens come in and parents bring their kids for a treat while they do their homework. The ice cream is so good and the prices are amazing. It is really neat how you can do candle making there and pick pieces of pottery to paint on the fly or you can book a party. Also, I love how they offer art and pottery classes for kids. The customer service has always been so friendly and I highly recommend.“
“We had an amazing experience at this location. We were in the mall and saw the store at a corner an decided to go in since we always purchase it at our local supermarket. We were a party of 4 and we all just love the same ice cream flavor, Swiss Chocolate Almond. We did not see it on the display and I asked one of the employees about it and he said: " We have it in the back". He went and grabbed it for us and served all four really quick. I want to give a shout out to Jason for his amazing customer service and for taking care of us in such a wonderful way! We recommend this location based on the service provided by Jason, since it is our first visit to this location!“
