We accidentally routed ourselves to the Blue Bell distribution center thinking we were going to a ice cream shop that sold Blue Bell. We love their product and we don't have it in our home region. I figured I would walk in to ask if someone could tell me where the nearest scoop shop would be and the staff was super helpful. I was introduced to bluebell ice cream when I moved to Florida 25 years ago. It is by far the best ice cream I have ever had and I’ve recommended it to many. The other day, however I was in Publix and saw that it had gone up to almost $10 a half gallon, looks like I need to find myself another brand because that is way out of my price range and over priced. I hate to leave because it is the best but there’s no way I’m going to pay that I feel like it’s price gouging

I use to purchase Blue Bell all the time but the last couple of times it has tasted icy, like it thawed and refroze. I got them from 2 different Publix stores. I'm so disappointed.
