i was here for a friends 16th birthday, our server, caleb, was awesome. as soon as we came in, he was serving us and being super helpful with the menu & he did a great job with our friends birthday !! there were 5 of us and our drink came with only 3 ringpops, so he gave us extra so we all could have one. the manager, tylor, was checking on us regularly and making sure we were good to go with anything we needed. even though this is a less traditional place, service never fails....read full review

Celebrated our daughter’s 13th birthday with a party of 30! Food was great. Drinks were even better! Fun atmosphere with music. Tylor made making the reservation a breeze even with a last minute party size change. Great communication. Hostess were very friendly and sweet. Hannah was phenomenal handling such a big group & getting all of our orders right. Highly recommend for a fun celebration. Will be back soon!

If you're ever in Tampa, you HAVE TO check out the Sugar Factory located inside of the Hard Rock Casino. It's such a fun and lively restaurant, which is TOTALLY different from most casino restaurants. The music great, the food is AMAZING and artsy. The drinks are ,...MIND BLOWING!
