“I am the activities director for Tampa Gardens Senior Living community and We took a bus full of residents to come and get some delicious ice cream! Huge shout out to Steven! He made sure to help all the residents even help carried out Their ice creams so that they could load the bus safer! He didn’t stop there! It had been raining and he drained the area around the handicap ramp so the residents wouldn’t have to walk on the water! This place is very, walker and wheelchair friendly! I would highly recommend!“

“Amazing! A unique ice cream treat. We had 5 different twisted rolls chimney cakes with soft serve ice cream. Every single one was phenomenal! A couple in our family tried the hard packed ice cream which both flavors were great! The chimney cake cones are made to order resulting in a fresh delicious treat. The family running this business is very friendly and it is obvious they appreciate their customers.“

“I bought my employees ice cream on 6/6/2024 in the evening. as far as I could see there where to people working. the guy that waited on us I believe he said his name was Devin was wonderful. He was very personable, He made us laugh. It was a little pricey but we will return“

“My bf and I came here after having the worst dinning experience for our date night. He spotted this place as we were headed home and he knows how much I love Frida Kahlo. We were both pretty impressed. They are open late. Great location. Great atmosphere and the staff were super sweet. The prices are affordable and the options are plenty. I look forward to seeing how they grow. This place is for sure a must try. I wish I had taken more photos. I took several videos and google doesn’t allow video upload. Get cute and go have some desert.“

“Great customer service!! Kennidy is the sweetest person. She took my kids order and mine. She was very sweet and the ice cream was delicious. We love going there when she’s there because of the great customer service we get. Her and the other employees are great! The last review was bull, just a fake review. They allowed us to try a few flavors before we went with a single waffle cone of half Key Lime Pie and half Passion Fruit Apricot Pistachio (highly appreciate them allowing me to split flavors) and a single waffle cone of Coffee Crunch. We are definitely looking forward to going back some day.“
“Kelly’s has a special place in our hearts! We go 2-3x a month. The ice cream is high quality and you get what you pay for. We have too many favorite flavors to list, but I want to personally shout out to any of the monthly flavors that have been dark chocolate based; there is nothing better to cure a bad day than the chocolatiest of chocolates, and this is that! (I’m looking at you cosmic brownie and German chocolate cake!) Here is a roundup of all the locations our family of 5 has tried: Maitland 11/10 - Our favorite location. Always great service from Andy, the freshest waffle cones/bowls, and always has all the flavors in stock. Ample parking and seating indoors and nearby outdoors to suit your fancy. Consistently perfect! Ferncreek 9/10 - The ice cream is great, and the outdoor area is adorable. Parking is a little rough but it’s a historic area and understandable. Horizon West 10/10 - Stellar waffle cones/bowls, special products, and the best indoor seating. Winter Park 7/10 - A little cramped and no indoor seating, but when the weather is nice the outdoor area is cute! Special shout out for the oatmeal creme pie flavor only available here. Waffle bowls tend to be stale. Winter Garden 9/10 - Extremely friendly service and fresh waffle bowls, we just wish it was a standalone for easier access and less crowding. Hunter’s Creek 7/10 - Stale waffle cones and less than fresh ice cream, but we love the ample parking, wide variety, and proximity to our home away from home. Sanford 5/10 - The only disappointment we’ve had trying so many locations. Waffle cones so stale you can bend them like rubber, and the unfriendly coffee shop staff manning the ice cream counter unwilling to make fresh cones. Ice cream itself is stale and not at all on trend with the Kelly’s brand and stellar reputation. “Sold out” of multiple flavors, and one case has a broken light and door. Just seems like this location doesn’t get the same TLC as the rest.“

“Tried out this “ice cream shop” and I was blown away! Their menu is huge with plenty of different sherbet and ice cream options! I got the fruit salad and ice cream option… they let you choose 3 fruits (I picked Mangos, watermelon and pineapple… mind you the cut it all fresh per each order!) , a yogurt type (I chose pina colada), granola and my choice of ice cream.. I choose passion fruit with 3 toppings (passion fruit boba and chamoy) and whewwww it was AMAZING! Not your typical ice cream shop.. they have cones and dishes and sprinkles too but how can you resist fresh cut fruit snacks and etc. I can’t wait to go back and try something else!“
