“As we all know, many African American people are lactose intolerant but I've never had a problem with Bo's ice cream hurting my stomach or giving Me bubble guts 🤣. Plus their ice cream is delicious. I don't even waist my time eating ice cream from any where else. I simply hold My horses, as the od saying goes, until I can make it over to Bo's.
My father use to take us there when we were kids. When i think about it, it's been around 4 decades, that ive been going to Bo's. Wow!!!“

“Nick always remembers my wife and I when we come in to get ice cream. We left Tampa for a year, and when we finally moved back to the area and went to Cold Stone, Nick remembered us immediately and asked how our time was in the other city. He has great attention to detail and customer service. Not to mention he is always cheery, conversational, and makes a mean ice cream! He is a true gem and deserves a raise/promotion! We know we are in good hands when we pull up to CS and Nick is there.“

“The gelato was amazing, however the coffee and matcha was not very good. I purchased a matcha latte and it was completely watered down. It tasted like water and basil? It was also pricey considering how bad the matcha was.
All in all, the drinks are not great however the gelato and atmosphere are great, and the employees are very friendly.“

“Amazing frozen yogurt , I went in with my for my birthday and they were so sweet wishing me a happy birthday so glad they have the guilt free option of no sugar and fresh fruit toppings, Love it Birthday cake was sooooo good , will definitely make it a regular dessert place“

“Lulu is the Best! Outstanding customer service. She always greets you with a smile. The ice creams and desserts are so good in this place. Very clean place. They have so many flavors. “🥰On my second trip to Whit's Frozen Custard of Westchase, FL this week, I brought a friend to share the experience with me, and my friend is now hooked! The absolute BEST frozen custard I’ve ever had. Mixed the Chocolate flavor with the S’mores flavor and oh my word! What a fantastic combination! You must try it and you’ll be hooked too, but then all the flavors are unique experiences you won’t find in the average ice cream shop because Whit’s is way above average!“

“Great energy from Rodney and staff! The food is amazing. You can taste the difference in the ingredients. They truly take the time and go to great lengths to source the best ingredients. This isn’t regular fruit you can find at Publix and you feel different eating this. There’s actual nutrients in this. Ice cream one can feel good about eating loads of. And let’s not forget the Sea Moss! Great source of iodine which everyone needs. In my research on my patient population I’ve found everyone is iodine deficient. People can correct this by visiting this establishment and asking for the Sea Moss. Your health will improve dramatically and you will feel more energy.“

“Cookies were fresh and yummy, and we watched as Alex expertly de-escalated and handled a customer complaint without providing an undeserved refund, even though his coworker was loudly disagreeing with him about it. That type of level headedness deserves a raise! Even after handling such an aggressive complaint, he then handed over my cookies with care and a smile.“

“Tried out this “ice cream shop” and I was blown away! Their menu is huge with plenty of different sherbet and ice cream options! I got the fruit salad and ice cream option… they let you choose 3 fruits (I picked Mangos, watermelon and pineapple… mind you the cut it all fresh per each order!) , a yogurt type (I chose pina colada), granola and my choice of ice cream.. I choose passion fruit with 3 toppings (passion fruit boba and chamoy) and whewwww it was AMAZING! Not your typical ice cream shop.. they have cones and dishes and sprinkles too but how can you resist fresh cut fruit snacks and etc. I can’t wait to go back and try something else!“
