“Their Birthday Cake ice cream is ridiculous(as is every single other flavor I’ve tried so far but I’m a creature of habit so I usually stick with two scoops of birthday cake ice cream topped with marshmallow sauce in a waffle bowl that half of the time is still warm but being freshly made). It’s rich, creamy, completely packed with sprinkles. It tastes like a disco party in every bite (minus the polyester jumpsuits and questionable dance moves). It’s so insanely creamy and soooooo smooth. Since my first visit, other shops just taste like cold rocks, 7-11 slushie left in the car during a Florida summer or despair and depression but frozen. They also make it easy for folks with dietary needs, offering plenty of non-dairy options that are just as creamy, with everything clearly labeled so no oopsies occur. The staff is always so friendly and some even remember my order (which says way too much about the dangerous amount of ice cream I’ve started consuming since discovering them. Yes, I’m literally obsessed). My only complaint is that they aren’t open 24/7 and directly behind my house. AAAAAANNNNDDDD they’re dog-friendly!“

We love going there when she’s there because of the great customer service we get. Her and the other employees are great! The last review was bull, just a fake review. “Sage was awesome! 😎 I recently discovered a couple of menchie's locations (including this one) after a hiatus moving from my former area that had menchie's.
I came in with some questions about the plant-based dairy-free options, and Sage was not only friendly with my inquiry but helpful offering information about the rotation of the flavors, making a recommendation for one she had on hand, and even had a comment book for guests where I could share request and feedback about plant-based alternative options with the shop management. This young lady was the epitome of delightful customer service, and definitely made the visit extra pleasant!“

“🥰On my second trip to Whit's Frozen Custard of Westchase, FL this week, I brought a friend to share the experience with me, and my friend is now hooked! The absolute BEST frozen custard I’ve ever had. Mixed the Chocolate flavor with the S’mores flavor and oh my word! What a fantastic combination! You must try it and you’ll be hooked too, but then all the flavors are unique experiences you won’t find in the average ice cream shop because Whit’s is way above average!“

“I had a delicious smoothie with strawberries, blue berries, and raspberry and I loved it, there were many different combinations to try, pina colada, chocolate banana and a bunch of others I didn't think to pay attention to for the review. The smoothie was six, they had regular sized ice cream under four, extra dollar for a cone. A two scoop banana split I think was five fifty and six for Three scoops. I think it was five fifty for a sundae. I didn't pay attention to prices of milkshakes and other stuff, but I felt it was cheaper than most big ice cream smoothie places. Please give them business, give small business money. There are restaurants in that shopping area that had great food which I will review later, but if there is a rainy day go to university mall I think it's called see a movie at a discounted price in early hours, eat then get decent restaurant quality meal you can taste test, then have ice cream and smoothie after“
