We had a wonderful time at this place! Attention was amazing, ice cream flavors are just great. We tried the matcha cake with kiwi and strawberry and the vanilla macaroons as well and they taste delicious; We definitely will visit again soon!
Absolutely delicious! We will come to Jack’s shack for shakes and ice cream every time we’re in Tampa!! The banana pudding malted with marshmallow and coconut with delicious! I had the banana pudding rolled ice cream cup & it was amazing. There’s something for everyone here! From shaved ice & rolled ice cream to hand packed, scooped flavors, and shakes… Check them out for sure!

The service is great, awesome, super nice, friendly, and helpful, with staff offering tips for first-time visitors. The environment has a great vibe, often with island music playing. It is a new go-to spot and definitely a place to revisit. Patience is advised as there is often only one staff member working, but the wait is worth it for the delicious results.
