Chili Dog was cold. Onions were old, hot & translucent. Not 1 napkin in the bag for a to go order to be eaten in car.
We just had the BEST experience at this DQ! Raheem was super friendly and helpful!! Felt like we were walking right into a friend’s house. He hooked the kids up too!!! They got the custom flavors they wanted and made their day. Definitely come see him if you’re in the area!
Mobile order for pick up. Arrived on time waiting 10 mins in the store until they started my order. No sense of urgency from whoever is handling the mobile orders. No communication as I stand here at the front counter writing this review…
