If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. Whoever is the manager today 03/10/24 at 12:17pm needs to be fired! I went there with my family while we are on vacation, and we had the worst experience possible. Manager verbally harassed me and my family. I promise if I didn’t have my 5 year old daughter with me. We would have been fighting. The manager was extremely disrespectful and lacked customer service skills. He needs to be re trained on how to talk to people. I hope whoever owns this establishment reads this and takes the appropriate actions to make sure families experiences are not ruined like my family and mine was. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My daughter wanted a DQ birthday cake. my husband and i went to 602 Brandon Blvd. Brandon Florida DQ Grill. The options were minimal and we jad to grab one cale. I asked if th could write Happy Birthday and my da's name. The guy said I'm not very good at that but ok. The cake sat in the kitchen 15 minutes and nothing. So we feared the cakyis melting so we askl for it without any writing. Terrible customer service! The young lady taking orders was like WHATEVER! The cakyhad wet drops on lif. just gross! Never again!

This location has horrible service as well as bad attitude,I went to the drive through for a small cone and a small Blizzard.I had to wait at the drive though speaker for what seamed a very long time. When I asked what was taking so long I got someone with a bad attitude say "we have a large order ahead of you, you're just going to have to wait". when I finally did get a chance to order they said the "chocolate machine was not working".I chose two items other than what I wanted, all while the line kept getting longer behind me. When I got to the window I change my mind on one of the items, at which time I got attitude, I asked to speak to the manager and told her the service was not good at all, She was visibly upset and asked me to leave without receiving a thing.Never again!!!!!!

Due to the low rating was because of the attitude of the worker in the back. The person who cashed us out at the drive thru was polite however there was an obnoxious lady in the back that had gotten irritated that we had done drive thru for our curbside… now before you get bothered that i had done that i had called once i had arrived for the curbside. But noone answered the call. Then i figured itd be easier for everyone that i go to the drive thru and purchase another meal while informing them about the curbside order. However that was not the case. The lady kept complaining about why we didnt call bout the curbside ( we did just noone answered). She just kept going with the comments tho. Mind you we can hear the whole convo happening. We sat quietly until i had gotten irritated i told my partner to just drive off. It wasnt worth sittin their listening to rude people. We ended up with the curbside order which was a blizzard and vanilla cone. And a partial of my meal which was only the coke. And it wasnt busy at all so i dont know what was going on. But… I will never go back to this location even if the cone was good.

The food was great the staff were amazing. The two running the front kept everything running smoothly. The crew in the back all worked hard and stayed busy. There wasn’t much of a weight for anyone that I saw while I was here. We will be back to visit this location again.

I ordered two basic ice cream cones, dipped and it's like they made it.. let it sit their... I couldn't even enjoy it, it melted way too fast and I wore it .. Not going back to that establishment at all whatsoever... I'll just stick to buying ice cream at the store...

Wife placed mobile order I called to cancel and I’m guessing kids answered phone after calling 3 times and could hear them set phone down and laugh in background every time I called guess that’s what happens when you let kids run the show still don’t have my money back guess I’ll just reach out to

Beware if you “special order” your order ice cream cake it will not be as picture at all. You’re better off going to Baskin Robins or to Cold Stone for your cakes. Or even the carvel cakes at publix that have been in the freezer for a week will be made nicer than what they give you for 50$. Complete and total disappointment and it’s not like you can even return the cake since most people pick up before a birthday party when dealing with an ice cream cake.
