“We have always enjoyed stopping in for a treat after we do some wandering around the mall. The staff here has always been friendly and accommodating. I do wish they would keep the seating area a little cleaner and take out the trash more often, as on a few occasions the seating area looked a little rough.“

“Always enjoy my visits to American Honey! The staff always does their best to greet you with a “Welcome in” even when it’s super busy at times. They make some of the best speciality coffee drinks and love their sweet corn ice cream this month! One of my favorites. If you get a chance to stop by, you should! 5 stars!!“

“Today was our first visit at Ritas. I want to say our ice cream was delicious. We got one cookies and cream shake, one vanilla shake, and a mint custard. I was really impressed to see they made the shakes by hand (with milk, syrup, etc). This is the only place I know of that sells a mint custard!

The only thing I would recommend for the owner is places to sit. When you think about going to an ice cream shop, you think about going and sitting down to enjoy it.. not bringing it back to your car. There’s one bench outside but it was taken. Other than that, great ice cream ?“

“The atmosphere is nice and there are “exotic” ice cream flavors here, but in all honesty, I strongly disliked most of the flavors. The atmosphere and store layout is very pretty though!

Parking: UTC (Mall) doesn’t have a lot of parking, however outside of this particular ice cream store there are usually open spaces!

And the waffle cones are like no other they are fabulous. I just wish there were regular size chairs to sit in there.“

“I’ve seen this place many times while on the way to the beach. Decided finally to check it out. The cheeseburger was a 10/10. The chicken fingers were 10/10. The fries were 10/10. The Mozzarella sticks were 7/10. The peach shake my wife ordered was a disappointing 3/10. The chocolate shake I ordered was a 7/10.

“I visited Cold Stone a couple of weeks ago. Although it was a bit tricky to find in the mall, once I found it, it was an excellent experience. I was served quickly and politely, and the ice cream - some sort of seasonal, heavenly, cinnamon roll concoction - knocked my socks off. It was insanely sweet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I ate off of it for 3 days. Amazing. 10/10.“

It was national cookie day and the chocolate chip cookies are next level delicious. We took cookies and a muffin to go along with a really yummy vanilla hazelnut latte. “I pass by this location almost every day on my usual afternoon Starbucks Run. Yesterday I happen to notice something seemed different. Behind the counter, and the establishment in general seemed less cluttered and very clean. I happened to be looking over when the young lady behind the counter made eye contact with me and smiled. She greeted me with the biggest Smile and said, “how are you doing today?” And I told her I was great. I mentioned to her how good things were looking over there. She then introduced herself to me as the new General Manager. I believe she said her name was Sarah. I was struck by how confident yet polite and sophisticated this young lady, Sarah seemed to be managing and ice cream store. I told her that I was waiting in line at Starbucks but sometime I would have to come over and try some ice cream. She again smiled, warmly and enthusiastically welcomed to me to stop by sometime on a break. It’s funny how she had noticed in the past week or two I had been going to Starbucks almost every day. Very observant on her part.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by being noticed and then so graciously being welcomed to stop by. I will most definitely be going to this location the next time I am craving ice cream.“

We got a sugar cone with cookies & cream and cake cones with rainbow respectively. It's a great spot to get some AC and old-fashioned, not price-gauging ice cream!! There's a nice drink fridge too. “We used to enjoy Sweet Berries, dedpite habitually slow service. No more, after last night. We ordered soups & salads (most likely already prepared) to eat in, then sat & sat & sat while to-go orders were called - several of them had bern put in AFTER we had ordered. After half an hour my husband checked with them as to the status & was told it would be right up. More to-go orders were taken * filled, while we sat, waiting. We finally threw in the towel & demanded our money back & left. We won't ne back, and we will no longer recommend Sweet Berries to others.“

We were starving and aggravated from dealing with iPhones at Apple. The burgers were delicious, cheese fries were amazing, and the restaurant was clean. There is a reason these tiny cookies cost as much as they do, and since the last time I bought any from here several years ago, I was pleasantly surprised that inflation hasn't driven the price up higher. This little stand in the mall had an impressive array of confections, ranging from meringue cookies, chocolates in the shape of the Eiffel Tower, candy cigars, and fancy, shiny lacquered truffles. The lady running the stand was very kind and friendly. Macarons here do not contain any preservatives, so keep them refrigerated in an air tight container and consume within 3 days of purchase, if you don't gobble them all up right away! If you're allergic to almonds, be very cautious since these are made with almond flour. Otherwise, they are worth a try!“
