Walked in waited in line over 20 minutes as they were very busy. Being in the customer service industry myself I completely understand and would never be rude or upset about waiting. It was finally our turn in line and the girl walked right past us and proceeded to serve the next family and then the next still without ever even acknowledging we were standing there.
