“What an experience! It was our 18th wedding anniversary and we decided on GrillSmith. I had been craving a great ribeye and I was very much looking forward to a great meal. We arrived with our two children and waited a moment or two at the host stand. We were greeted by a server named Kaylyn. She saw us waiting and immediately offered to help. She was very friendly and courteous and we asked for her to be our server. We were quickly seated and the experience just got better as the night went on. The bartender, Juan, brought our bottle of wine to the able and served it. He was a great pleasure to speak with. We all had steaks that were cooked perfectly. My ribeye was exactly what I had been craving! Charred on the outside and a perfect medium rare center. Kaylyn (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was absolutely spectacular! She exceeded our needs and expectations and will be our requested server moving forward. When we asked to speak with the manager to share our experience, Allison came to the table. She too was very kind and we were all too happy to tell her how much we enjoyed everything and appreciated the hospitality. I totally fell in love with this cozy little spot tucked into a plaza. The vibe feels super nice, like a fancy restaurant but still really welcoming, with awesome service, great food, and live music that made everything even better. And the prices? Actually pretty reasonable!

Now let’s talk about the food because WOW. The menu is huge — it’s way more than just chicken and beef. There’s seafood everywhere, tons of ceviche options, and everything we tried was seriously delicious.

The fried red snapper was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The fish was huge and full of flavor. Definitely get the green fried plantains too!

We also had the Pescado a lo Macho — seafood in this delicious lime-coconut sauce — and the cilantro rice was so good.

But the absolute star of the night was the Causa Acevichada Fish… seriously, SO good. It’s perfectly seasoned mashed potato layered with tuna in the middle, topped with fish ceviche, thin onions, and this amazing lime sauce on the side. I could eat that every single week.

We also tried their traditional purple corn juice made with cinnamon and clove, and honestly, it was surprisingly really good.

I never really thought much about Peruvian food before, and now I feel like I’ve been missing out. I’ll definitely be back because there are way too many things on that menu I still want to try.

And the service? Some of the best we’ve had in a long time. I wish we had gotten our server’s name because she was awesome.

“My wife and I after enjoying the Christmas festivities over here in Wesley chapel as we were visiting from Lakeland, we saw this place looking for a bite to eat and it was approximately 8:52 p.m. when we walked in. we asked how late they were open and they said 9:30 but would we still like a table, that spoke volumes so we said yes we would like to try this great smelling Pizza that we could smell as we were walking in. as we got in everybody's smiling happy the owner is just as friendly as can be the decorative walls is what really caught my eye. I have a friend from the island in Italy so it was very warming to know the detail of all the places about Italy. We got the Hawaiian pizza and we knew that this was definitely different than what we've had in the past, the ingredients were spot on the way it was made was incredible and we just sat there not being rushed to enjoy our meal everyone just going about doing what they do best and we just talking over the events of the evening and several times we just remarked about how good this pizza is. as we were close to leaving cuz we did not want to keep anyone late we were just wanting a quick bite to eat but something very good and we got it from this wonderful place the owner came up and asked what we thought and I remarked to him" questo è eccellente" this is excellent in Italian very kind-hearted man, sweet disposition and you see the love of what he is committed to, but I could honestly say when I seen how the workers just cheerful and in a very relaxed environment there's magic in this place, looking forward to going back on purpose to visit this particular place over in Wesley chapel!“
