The food may be good if you’re actually able to get seated. Every single time we come here, we’re told there’s a 45+ minute wait, no matter how empty it looks. There’s no way the food justifies that kind of wait. The hostess didn’t even bother checking availability and came across as completely uninterested in helping us. We absolutely love Via Italia. We placed a large order for a family birthday last night, and the entire experience was flawless. From ordering to that first bite. Everything was superb. The pizzas were incredible, and the salads were packed with fresh greens and the perfect balance of flavor. Couldn’t have asked for better.
