“I learned about Penguin Pretzels after visiting Clearwater and I ordered a pretzel at Frenchys Cafe. It was amazing and probably the best pretzel I have ever had. I found out that the pretzels came from this Penguin Pretzels and when we left Clearwater I just knew we had to stop there before our next destination. We ordered online which was so easy and just pulled right up to the door and they brought it out to our car. We dug right in since they were nice and hot. Omg!! They are so fresh and so tasty!! “This has been my go to every weekend for years. My husband always loved Lox your Sox off. Twice I ordered to be delivered but since the did not have lox I canceled the whole order. That was almost 2 months ago with no refund even after going to try and speak with management. “This review is for Jesi Who was super helpful as I send my aid to pick up stuff for me all the time at least once a week at Panera and she will get on the phone and help me cause my aid doesn’t really speak English well at all and it’s very frustrating but Jesi We’ll take the phone and get my order correct and make sure it’s exactly what I want. She exceeds all my expectations as young lady. I’ve don’t get a chance to see her cause. I’m in a wheelchair, but I do order from you guys.
