They deserve some sort of recognition from management for having such great customer service skills, especially since I walked in 30 minutes before closing!“

I have stopped in before but always earlier in the day. They really make sure that their customers are happy and well taken care of. I have enjoyed every meal I've had from here. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!“

“I went into the IHOP @ 4736 US Hwy 19 in New Port Richey thinking I had to spend $40 to get a free breakfast sampler (digital coupon) but instead I only had to spend a few dollars for a tip, what a wonderful surprise. Lisa assisted me every step of the way. She had the best attitude, knew all the answers to my questions (I asked many), and was super fast & efficient. She definitely deserves a raise! I highly recommend visiting this location and receiving Lisa as your server but I’m sure they’re all great!“

“Out of my last 3 orders, they have all been correct. Food is always hot and they make sure u have napkins and ask if u want sauces before handing over ur food. All workers I've met have been professional and polite.
Will continue to eat here instead of McDonald's!!
