I have visited twice in the past month, and both times, my burger was too rare. I understand that the restaurant gets busy, but they should definitely pay attention to cook time on the hamburgers.
They are one of the better ones in the area but always receive something that's wrong or cold. The pretzel baconator I received had 1 patty, 1 cheese and 3 little bacon when I got home, exactly half the ingredients of the other locations I have been and what is advertised and pictured. Maybe starting to have a standard test after training and a menu test would be beneficial also.

Just placed a online order. Simple order 2 combos with chili amd 2 drinks. Forgot 1 drink no dipping Sauce no spoons for the chili. And no napkins. I know you wanna be fast but things get forgotten when rushed. So no I have to go to store to get spoon to eat and dipping sauce.
