My adult son says, “This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to”. It’s very clean here, excellent service and food. We are not near home and it’s so much better than the Wendy’s by our home.
Service here was excellent the manager josh was a very down to earth guy and made my experience here much better than just ordering some food, thanks Josh for the hospitality, definatly one the good Wendy's ill definitely be back again.

Despite these positives, there have been issues with receiving incorrect or cold food, like a pretzel baconator with half the ingredients advertised. Implementing a standard test after training and menu testing could improve the overall experience.
