You know real New York style pizza with great ingredients and made perfectly anybody that eats there and gives this place anything less than five stars don’t know what they’re talking about. I grew up in New York Manhattan lived in Queens And I’ve been searching to take that bite that brought me back home and I found the place anybody looking for real New York pizza you found the place the pie is perfect. It’s not OK. It’s not very good. It’s perfect. The people there seem very nice. I called on the phone, but if you’re looking for what Pizza really taste like in New York get this pizza the crust is nice and thin the way it’s supposed to be. The cheese is amazing. The sauce is great and if you want the best Pizza so far by far go there great stuff I can’t wait to try their other items on the menu maybe some eggplant or something else but super nice people super good food like I said anybody gives this less than five stars is delusional. This is the best so far I’ve been down here 10 years searching, and we found this place by accident. Thank God we did cause I almost gave up on Finding true New York style pizza. Looking forward to ordering more food and different items but you gotta go with the classic pizza first and it was perfect thank you guys. I’m glad you’re down here. I’m glad I got some way to eat.“

“I wanted to try this place for years. Never got a chance to go check them out. And then one day I was sitting at the traffic light nearby and watched a tornado rip apart the awning out front. You might have seen my video on Facebook. After seeing the tornado damage the front of the property, I felt like it was time for me to give them my business. Anything I can do to support them and help them recover. And let's just say, I am now a repeat customer. The customer service here is impeccable. The food is great. The owner is awesome. 100% recommend Olivia's!“

I walked into the store next door while waiting. Come back at the 20 minute mark to pick up my order. I am standing directly in front of the counter for 35 minutes waiting for my order. two servers who also work the register must have walked directly past me 20 times. in the meanwhile customers came in, were seated, ordered food and their food was on table as I continue to wait. A customer came in and placed a take out order while I stand waiting. He got his food and left. Not one time when arriving to pick my order up did anybody greet me or asked if I had been helped. Finally, after 60 minutes, I asked the server who took my order if she knew how much longer. She asked the name the order was under. Here my order had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. Had one worker that walked past me as I stand next to the counter asked. if I had been helped. What did they think a guy standing by the counter for 45 minutes was standing there for. They were not busy at all. 1st time and last time I order at this location. I order at the Little Rd location about twice a month. They are fast, friendly and have excellent service. The food is good, price is good. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Little Rd location. The service will make it worth it alone. Little Rd is always busy and still get over the top service.“

“This is a hidden little gem. I almost dont want to leave a review because I dont want too many people to know about it and make it a hot spot. The bartending staff is always great. Their beer selection is well beyond normal for a small place like this. Pricing is extremely reasonable and the atmosphere is better than most mid to high level bars in the area. We happened to be there on a Wednesday karaoke and it was better than the majority I have ever been to.“

“I was really impressed with the quality of the wings and pizza. First off, I believe wings should only be fried! That said, I was brave and ordered buffalo wings and I was really impressed. They are small- but they were cooked well. Thin crust pizza with 3 toppings- fantastic. We ordered the pretzels crust pizza and a regular cheese. Everything was done well. This order was for delivery- most times, I pick1up, and use the pizza locker and everything is usually quite good.“

“Update: After reaching out to the team from this review, they did correct their error and I ended up not being charged for their mistake. I will end up giving them another chance, as they were quick to respond to my review and my email.

Placed an order on the app. Got an incorrect order. Called the store, and they blamed me. Even though I had proof that I placed the correct order. They told me they don’t control the app and to contact corporate, didn’t even offer me the food that I did order as a replacement or anything. Just told me there was nothing they can do and contact corporate, so that’s what I did. Now I wait for a response from them.“
