Ordered pizza on the way home from a 14-hour shift on a Wednesday night and arrived on-time for carside delivery. As I waited for pizza to be delivered to my car, the pickup time on the App kept changing to later and later... even though I receved a message that my pizza was out of the oven at 8:48 pm, the pizza wasn't delivered to my car until 9:14 pm. Pizza was not hot when I got it home 9 min later. They really need to do better, and I hope this gentle critique is helpful.

Not only was my huge order accurate and on time, team member Jack was extremely polite and helpful. Not only did he open the door for me on my way out but also called after me to say he hoped I enjoy it. As someone who is frequently disappointed with service these days, I think Jack and team should be recognized for having excellent customer service!
