“Your food is very good. I was very disappointed when I got home and looked at my receipt and found that you charged me three and a half percent surcharge for using my debit card. From what I read on the Internet it's against the law to charge is surcharge for a debit card, you can however charge a surcharge for a credit card. The thing I was disappointed about the most was you never disclose this to your customers. And if they don't look at the receipt they just don't know. Your competition, Gino's on Tampa Road does not charge when using a debit or credit card. Aside from that your food is very good“

“I can not say enough good things about Ozona Pizza....We walk in....were greeted by the owner right away! She was very friendly and super helpful....Showed us the extensive vegan menu and the extenstive gluten free menu as well. within a min of walking in we already knew we found a hidden gem!! I mean WOW the options were endless.....This am I had breakfast at a place that only offered a small cup of fruit as my vegan option...This place Ozona Pizza offered two pages full of Vegan options....their fabulous garlic knots were addictive and vegan! They even offered a Gluten Free version of the Garlic knots that were just as good.....The food came out fresh to order and was extremely tasty. Wish we had found this place sooner. We will definitely be back.“

“This is one of the best Dominos stores. If we want pizza we will actually go out of our way to pick up here rather than other locations. The employees are awesome and they are friendly and consistent in their service and product. You can tell that they work really hard to make sure the food they serve is of the best quality and orders are made quickly and without any errors. The Mamas and Crispino pizza was almost uneatable...the grease was literally dripping off the spatula used to serve the pizza...and the crust was HARD..could not cut it with a steak knife..and the balsamic vinegar was way overdone...this used to be a treat to get for dinner...I am so disappointed.“

“placed an order today 7/16/2022 for the 8 corner Detroit Pizza half with pepperoni and sausage the other half with ground beef and I told Nick the manager that I wanted it well done I told him that twice yet when we received it the dough almost Raw I called him back and told him that the dough was almost Raw and he didn't seem to care which really was upsetting you can tell when somebody is speaking on the phone that they have an attitude when you are elderly and living on Social Security money is tight we could have ordered something from any other restaurant but chose jet's as we have had it before and it was delicious too bad this time they didn't listen or at least Nick didn't listen to the one request that was important to us“

“Amazing experience for a night out with the wife. Excellent food, great service. The pizza was top notch, and unique. Perfection. Burgers amd wings were cooked exactly as asked; which seems to be unheard of these days. Our server/ bartender Melissa was great, she handled her bar and dining sections like a seasoned pro. “Never been in this location and after the last few pizzas I have had, I had given up on pizza for over 3 months. Every place I went to previously was the same....... quick made pizzas that were never very good. But it was Sunday, no cars in front so I walked in and WOW!!! First impression was its the cleanest Pizza place I have ever been in. For me, anyone that keeps his/her restaurant this clean must really care about the food so I thought I would try a pizza. Chuck the manager took time to explain to me many of the different types/styles of pizza making me feel special. Asked me exactly how I liked the pizza.,,,,and he listened, not trying to hurry me through like so many other pizza places. I met the 2 other team members & they too made me feel like I was spending hundreds of dollars.....great team. The pizza was every bit as good as they indicated it would be. The crust, that I asked to be well done, was just that...........best pizza I have had in years!!! Dominos on East Lake is going to see a whole lot of me. Chuck was that dream team coach that makes it all happen...........& I do know about coaches. Getting that pizza at Dominos was "slam dunk"!!! So glad I stopped in.........& so was my wife.
