I've always loved their food, the only thing that I found was a bit expensive was the Mac and cheese fritters $4.00 for 4 since they're so small, my wife makes them just as good or better and they're about twice as big.
I have never experienced worse costumer service. they sat us at a table for two when we are a family of 8 living out of a van. when I asked the worker for a high chair for my youngest son who is 6.7 months old, she took my sweet darling boy out of my hands and proceeded to drop kick him across the restaurant. I ran after him trying to catch him before he fell but he hit the glass window and he died immediately upon contact. I called an ambulance but it was already to late. I didn't...read full review

I love Arbys because their app allows you to order and grab your food instead of checking in and still waiting. No one wants to order ahead to wait in a line. The app is also a great value with weekly coupons. I love the Buffalo sliders and the Gyro. I do wish they had better tasting sides. It’s always clean at this location and waits are minimal even if you order at the restaurant.
