From my own experience, the staff at this Dunkin’ is very friendly. The only thing is that they’re not consistent with their coffees. I’m not sure if it’s due to new employees or what but every time I go to get a Charli Coldfoam, it’s not a consistent taste. Once it was bitter with absolutely no sugar or creamer. Came in this morning on Saturday Feb 10th. Noticed they were short staffed. I heard 2 people had called out. There were 3 people working, two females and a male.
