***Edited to add: This morning, the crew working here literally made my day! Not just because they still had banana flavored syrup and cold foam left. But because they went above and beyond for me today and surprised me with a little gift. I don't want to say what it was, but it was the most kind and thoughtful gesture ever and it truly brightened my day! From the bottom of my heart, to the crew at this Dunkin, yall are the best!!! Despite sometimes being short-staffed during busy periods, the polite and helpful staff make an effort to ensure customers are satisfied, even offering advice on alternative locations when stock is low. Recent visits have shown that the staff, especially Nathan, go above and beyond, providing clear, polite, and efficient service that stands out. Customers also appreciate the new $6 breakfast, though some noted cleanliness issues inside, such as dirty floors and a men's room that was not well-maintained, with no soap or paper towels available. Overall, the staff's kindness and attention to detail make Dunkin' a welcoming place, even during busy times.
