One customer mentioned it took three attempts to get a Big Breakfast with bacon and American cheese correct, but the food arrived cold. During a busy dinner rush, another customer noticed the team was holding on french fries, leading to a nearly 30-minute wait. The manager, Engelbert, worked to resolve the situation by offering a refund and ensuring everything was right for the customer's daughter. While there are challenges, the staff's efforts to address concerns show potential for improvement.
