There were only 24 tubs in the case -- definitely not "31 flavors" -- and more than half of them weren't labeled. When I remarked on it, the employee just said "yeah." He didn't take it upon himself to identify the flavors. I asked what the flavors were, and he asked which ones. When I said that I wanted to know all of the flavors, he named fewer than half of what was there and said something about a bunch of them being reuse of other ones or something (really couldn't understand...read full review

Entirely disappointed. Walked in the flavors weren't all labeled, had to ask what was what only to be informed that the majority of the icecream was duplicates 3 or 4 of the same flavor in the cooler.Walked out without buying and went to coldstone.

employees were extremely rude, my coffee tasted like water & had ZERO ice. Ive never had a Dunkin experience this bad, sucks its the closest one to my home. would rather travel to a different one.
