“Placed my order online and went thru the drive-thru. Unfortunately there was a long line, but you can’t blame the business if they are busy. I made a mistake and forgot to add creamer to my coffee on the app. Went inside and they were very pleasant about adding cream to my coffee.“

“One thing I do not like or care for is the inconsistency with the food. One day it's packaged correctly and good to go and other days it's throw in a bag, sloppy, and literally falling apart like today. I got the breakfast special with two wraps and when I opened the bag, it looked like it was just thrown in. I literally had to reassemble them to eat them.“

“I didn't realize that a place like Dunkin' wouldn't have any soda products like coke to drink. I also confused the lady at the counter when I asked for a hot double espresso with no sugar in it. The drinks that they're promoting now are full of sugar and flavors.

I just wanted something plain and hot to drink. I asked her for it, she asked me if I wanted it over ice. I know I'm a little older but I'm not ancient. And I gotta look from her like I was asking for in a foreign language to drink a hot drink without sugar. In it, she made me feel a little odd. So I asked her with my best smiling face is it not normal to ask for something Hot to drink? I didn't get a real good answer. I just got a funny look.“
