Dunkin' is a popular spot known for its friendly and professional staff who remember regular customers. The donuts are a must-try, offering a variety to choose from. While some visitors have found the location to be small, dirty, and disorganized, with some stale and overpriced donuts, the night shift is highly praised for their excellent service and work ethic. Recently, customers have shared positive experiences, highlighting the great customer service, especially when staff provided free iced coffees after a mix-up with an order. The staff treat customers with respect, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the service has been described as warm and inviting, which has been appreciated during challenging times. Overall, Dunkin' in Lakeland is recommended for good customer service and is especially accommodating for families and wheelchair users.
