Cashier - 230676 Rutvic. I will be reporting this on the Dunkin’ Donuts website as well. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, and I will never go again and I go to Dunkin almost daily and buy boxes of coffee for Work and for clients. I went through the drive-through and ordered coffee and then ordered a hot decaf for myself. I told him twice that I wanted the coffee Hot. He Handed me an iced decaf. I told him that I had ordered it hot. He stood there and looked at me for a minute and then walked away. He then came back to the window and told me. “ Next time you need to look at the screen” He was very rude and then when he handed me my coffee he was extremely rude as well.

I’ve never had a good coffee from here. I have found out that they put granulated sugar in iced coffees which doesn’t melt. I am disgusted I’ve been several times & it’s never good. Train your employees to use liquid sugar in your iced drinks. I can’t even do a survey because I can’t see the code or store number. I used to work at Dunkin for years and we would never unless asked. Someone needs to make this right.

Straight horrible. The bagel cream dry was so dry it was like bitting into wood. And they Charged 35 cent for light ice in My daughter is drunk. Ridiculous how to take advantage of people.
They are fast but everytime I come here my drinks are made nasty not at all what I ask for . They rush you to order.
