Just had the BEST customer service I have ever had at a Dunkin'! An employee came outside to hand off an order to a drive- thru customer and saw me walking towards the building and excitedly asked me, "Are you coming to see us?!" And then when I told him I was he thanked me for coming in and held the door open for me! Then when I went inside I was actually communicated to by other staff members about my order, which is very rare at most Dunkin's, usually i walk in and feel ignored....read full review
Normally when I go to Dunkin it’s in the morning before work and they always get my order right. I went tonight before work and asked for less ice. I called to see if they could do anything and the lady was extremely rude saying “what should I do, hang up on her?” Then she proceeded to say “it’s just ice why should she get a free drink from that?” Very disappointed with how she treated me and talked to me.
