Been here several times and they never seem to be able to make the frozen caramel coffee correctly. If I pay for whipped cream and drizzle then I wanna see the drizzle… plus they make it seem like an inconvenience if I ask for cinnamon on top… if I pay 7$ for a coffee, I’d like it correct.

Good quick drive thru service, I'd give 5 stars based on the coffee but the staff are young and a little obnoxious so 3 stars is sufficient

Just had the BEST customer service I have ever had at a Dunkin'! An employee came outside to hand off an order to a drive- thru customer and saw me walking towards the building and excitedly asked me, "Are you coming to see us?!" And then when I told him I was he thanked me for coming in and held the door open for me! Then when I went inside I was actually communicated to by other staff members about my order, which is very rare at most Dunkin's, usually i walk in and feel ignored. It's really the small things like that that are most important to me as a customer, so thank you all very much!

Well I have to say I am very surprised I have went to this Dunkin' Donuts a couple times and I went and I did a mobile order went through the drive-thru and I don't know if the guy was new or whatever but he asked for my number he said a number there and I said no I'm 775 so then this girl this white girl young white girl didn't got her name but she was very rude she said oh you just have to tell him your name you know she just butted in first of all I went ahead and I said she he went ahead and he asked for a number he didn't ask for her name then she said that there was a no barbarian Cream Donuts and that's not what I ordered so the other girl she was very sweet she has a ponytail I didn't get her name either she was very super customer service but the other girl and that guy that guy didn't know what he was doing and the other girl she was just she threw her hands up like she didn't want to wait on me because I said okay so if they don't have my Donuts then I'll just get a refund and then I just don't think that I will be going there anymore and I will be telling my friends not to go there no more because that girl was very rude she needs to learn how to say good morning to people not butt in to conversation that me and the guy were having and she just needs to learn how to speak to people her customer skills are below a one... the coffee is black not much milk in my coffe and the donuts were a little hard on the outside.....

Normally when I go to Dunkin it’s in the morning before work and they always get my order right. I went tonight before work and asked for less ice. I called to see if they could do anything and the lady was extremely rude saying “what should I do, hang up on her?” Then she proceeded to say “it’s just ice why should she get a free drink from that?” Very disappointed with how she treated me and talked to me.
