Don’t enter their parking lot through the “Do Not Enter” entrance (My mistake and I take full responsibility for it although I didn’t cut anybody off). They will make you drive a lap around the building before taking your order. Petty if you ask me. Lol.

Terrible customer service.They just talking to each other and doesn’t care about the customer.I stood in line to place and order more than 15 minutes and they didn’t even answer.Their attitude was like they don’t even care about the customers.

Dunkin' is a restaurant with a location inside a Walmart store. While some customers have issues with their drink orders being wrong, the staff are generally friendly and try to be efficient. However, there may be occasional spills and messes, even with care. The employees are trying to keep the store organized and clean, and regular customers are treated nicely. Overall, this Dunkin' is considered better than most others.
