“My partner & I come here all the time, and we are greeted with a smile and “good morning” (or afternoon knowing us?) and we always get our food in a timely manner & it’s ALWAYS made perfectly. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! My favorite Dunkin’ in SWFL :)“
“Went to this store this morning, they had 1 person working the Dunkin side and one person working the store side, (before I left another Dunkin employee did come in), this poor girl at Dunkin had 10 coffees in front of her that she had to make. Online orders and the orders for the people standing there. It was my turn to order and she asked me to wait. This early in the morning, no coffee, but I saw she was busy and behind so I had no problem waiting. The cashier from the store side emptied her line and came to the Dunkin side to help. Short staffed but they rocked it, the wait was not long and they all smiled and were polite the whole time. Great job pik n Run/Dunkin Donuts Peachland.“
“Customers will tell you the ladies there were rude or mean but in reality the customers are impatient since there are only 2 people working there overall and they try their absolute Best. They are super sweet and help me out with trying new flavors for my coffee and its the best dunkin around. I would give it a 10/5 if i could. The customers are rude to them and they tell these rude people to leave (yes after they give them their paid products) and thats why they call these wonderful girls rude they are amazing and thriving in a hostile work environment.“
“Asked for double milk had to ask for more because they hardly put any in it.. Asked for less ice they put none in it..Had to park and go inside to get the ice..I go through the drive thru because I'm an amputee..I shouldn't have to try to get inside..The ice coffee was so strong it was unreal..Your workers need to listen to what we as customers ask for and get orders right..“
“Staff was very friendly.Be aware that it is easy to pass the order area at the drive-through. It is about 6 feet from the driveway and not well marked.My Boston Cream donut was placed chocolate frosting side down in the bag. Still delicious, but "yuck."“
