“1 employee working for Dunkin Donuts. She was busy, efficient, friendly. Not a clue on what her pay rate is, but it should be doubled!! My coffee number 2848 @ 11:16 am, on October 12th. The iced Caramel Latte, with a shot of espresso was one of the best coffees I’ve had. Thank you to the young woman who prepared my coffee.“
“went in for a quick coffee and donut and honestly ended up staying way longer than i planned. the staff was super friendly and even helped me pick out a new drink when i couldnt decide. the coffee was perfect not too sweet and the donut was fresh. definitely coming back.“

I recently stopped by to pick up a special “proposal” donut box, and unfortunately they were out when my husband first went. I came back later after my shift, and although I didn’t catch her name, there was a young blonde employee working who completely turned the experience around.
She went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see every day — she actually gave me her personal item so I could still have what I was looking for. That level of kindness, care, and dedication is rare.
This employee truly treats customers the way we all hope to be treated. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I really hope management recognizes what an amazing person they have on their team! 🌟“

“I wanted to take a moment and write a 10-star review for this location. Most notably, I interacted with Savannah and Phillip who really went out of their way to make sure that my order was exactly as I asked for and we're both super friendly and made me feel welcome. The food in the store is always superb and they always have great customer service. Many people complain about every little thing but I'm the opposite and believe at giving the accolades and respect when a good job has been performed. There was also another gentleman and nice woman that helped out with my order on a different day that I want to give credit to. I just don't remember their names. All in all amazing service at this location.“

“I came in for a coffee today while waiting for my friend at the airport. I brought my own cup because I believe that using styrofoam is wrong. It takes millions of years to break down. I asked if I could put my coffee in my own cup and was told no. I understand its not the people who work there's fault but its not right. Dunkin donuts need to be more earth conscious. I gave 5 stars only because I do not believe in degrading a business, but they should use more earth friendly cups and if a customer brings there own they should be able to use it. Great fresh coffee and kind workers!“
“Arguably the friendliest, cleanest and well run Dunkin I've been in. The manager, Amanda, does a fantastic job motivating her staff to deliver great service. It shows because you get the same level of great service when she is not there. Great job to her entire staff. Again, very friendly staff! Thank you“

“I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the amazing team at this Dunkin’.
I had a big work event and had accidentally mis-scheduled the coffee pickup times for an order serving 50 people. The staff was incredibly kind, polite, and understanding. They worked quickly to get my large order ready, and everything was prepared on time without any issues.
They even went above and beyond by helping me bring the order out to my car. Their kindness and willingness to help made a very chaotic and stressful day so much easier.
Thank you to the entire team for your patience, concern, and excellent service. I truly appreciate everything you did for me, and I will definitely be back again soon!“

“Eric at this Dunkin location is a rock star. He was short a staff member, and I walked in at ~5:15 A.M. with a pretty large order. He had no complaints, no bad attitude, and no issue with fulfilling the order. He made sure I had everything I needed, and took care of me in a timely manner (while simultaneously taking care of the drive through orders). We will absolutely be going back to this location for future orders.“
“I live up the street from this location. I only had 1 oreder issue with them in 8 months, and it turned out to be my bad lol.
Excellent service though. Always. Case in point: this morning I ordered online like I normally do and walked down the street to pick up my order. This is just after 5:15 AM. The person behind the counter serves the 2 customers ahead of me (2 cops about to start their shifts), a drive-thru order myself and the gentleman after me without missing a beat or much lag time and the best part is the entire time he had a kind disposition and smiled genuinely. I couldn't help but notice he was all alone...so I asked him what happened to his crew? He said his baker never showed up. How many of you would still be as kind as this man? Dunkin GIVE THIS AMBASSADOR OF EXCELLENCE A WELL DESERVED RAISE AND PAID VACATION AND FIRE THE BAKER!“
“Food was perfect, everything was as asked, one of the drinks had cold foam add on, as Nathaniel in the window was passing it to me he noticed it didn’t have the cold foam and asked me the drink back to put it there, thanks to him I’m very very happy with this place, thank you!“

“I've been to other Dunkin stores around the area including Cape Coral, but this place has the best Avocado bacon toast ever! The other Dunkin stores don't even come close. Their coffees and donuts are equally as great! Other stores need to take a lesson from them and their wonderful employees!“

“I have had a negative experience at this location with one of the cashiers at the drive through very early in the morning. She was by herself and got slammed and was rude right off jump, but I called her out on it and told her to chill and have a good day.
Everyone else has been on par!

“Every day early in the morning the amazing crew of this facility take care of our workers . But specially Vanessa. Outstanding customer service and very fast, clean and friendly performance . I drive all over from downtown Cape to buy there. Because of the way they treated me . I recommend with everyone I know . Good “
“The first day I’ve ever walked in I was instantly blessed up with amazing service food and an incredible atmosphere. The worker are amazing and all of them always greet me and ask about my day from school but one worker shines above the rest and his name is Quan he just is super nice always happy no matter what time of day and how his days been he always gives me compliments and he has really quick service and beautiful looks. I feel like he should be promoted to the manager of the store or even the owner at this point of his amazing service to Dunkin and to his customers.“
“I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about, because I genuinely believe this is the best Dunkin I've ever been to. It's clean and staff is so friendly. Chocolate banana iced coffee with an added espresso shot was yummy and so was the bacon croissant breakfast sandwich. Many other dunkins I've been to in the past couple years have been enshitified. This one is actively fighting enshitification due to the state of our current economy.“
“Dunkin is always good, but this location is really good. I went there for the first time today, and when I first walked in I wasn't excited because there were only order screens. However, we were quickly greeted and got all of our stuff really quickly. I have to say there was one younger girl working behind the counter, I didn't catch her name, but I wish I had. She was so sweet! She was high energy and so kind. Her bright and positive personality shone through with the customers and the other employees. I wish I would have caught her name so I could call corporate and tell them how awesome she was. I am still smiling, almost 3 hours later.“
