“This place is always busy so make sure you are patient. There is no drive thru but the staff is always friendly, helpful, and hopping to get the orders done. They have a nice place to sit inside (small) and outside (with umbrellas). I will say that I just started using their app and that is definitely the way to go! Order ahead, walk in walk out! “This dunkin is great! The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are addicting! I occasionally go in the morning a little after it opens and I'm always greeted by a super friendly older woman, I'm not sure what her name is, but she brightens my day! If you go later in the morning thru noon the wait is pretty long, but it's worth it if you have the time :)“
“Skipped the drive thru and went inside, mistake. Needed restroom(clean)Staff was busy with drive thru and each other, they got my coffee amd forgot all about my bagel amd donuts even though I’m the only one in the line inside. Disappointing. Manager needs to look into that one-staff is very slow and forgetful to respond to walk-ins. Go to the drive thru for faster service.Parking: No problem.“

“Not bad. A quick easy thing to get on your way to somewhere. Pretty much everyone enjoys eating donuts, don't they! The service wasn't the best, I had to wait for quite a bit to just get half a dozen. There are many choices and different flavors to choose. Inside is nice, I like the modern look of it.“
“Being from the UK trying to negotiate the volume of drink choices that Dunkin' provide can be a real test. Today we met Rebecca who could not have been more help and she was so courteous. We ended up with the best cold brew we have had whilst being on holiday (vacation), and we've had a Dunkin drink every day for the last 18 days. She is a credit to your company.“
“I used the ordering kiosk because I was uncertain about what to order and I didn't want to hold up the line. The restaurant was very clean and very organized. Every employee that I came in contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. The bacon egg sandwich item and it was hot delicious and fresh.“

“This Dunkin' Donuts is a great spot to grab coffee and/or breakfast if you're coming through the Southwest Florida International Airport, which I have done often for work. You can expect the same quality coffee and food from this location as you could of any other Dunkin'. The service I have received at this location has been great! Always really friendly, and very apologetic when things are going slowly. If you're coming through this airport, I think this is a fine spot for a stop.“

“I travel a decent bit throughout Florida so I've stopped at MANY dunkin's along Florida's highways/interstates for a caffeine boost. Usually these dunkin's are hit or miss, if you catch them at a busier time you're likely to have a worst cup of coffee or if you catch them later in the night you'll likely to get something stale and/or barely cooked. This was not true for this dunkin!!!! The line was nearly wrapped around the corner but you would not believe it speaking to the staff employed here! They were kind and efficient and managed to clear the line in record time. I get the same thing almost every time and i don't think i've ever gotten it this right since. truly 10/10 and i will be routing myself around this dunkin in future trips.“
“I drive past 2 Dunkin Locations to come here every morning at about 6 am. I, too, run a breakfast business and can attest to days where people are not at their best, so the positive vibe and attitudes are what make me bypass the other 2 locations. Not only are they quick to serve but manage to recignize my voice in drive up, and I can hear a smile theu the speaker. KUDOS to the manager who BTW is my guest at my restaurant as well ??“

“I came to this location after having a horrible experience at the Forum location on Saturday 8/12/23, the manager Ally was so nice and listened to me complain about the other location and apologized for the way I was treated even though it wasn't her store. She made my ice coffee correctly, and made my day with her positive attitude. She is a great asset to this location and company!“
“Sweetest older lady in the window!!! The girl making the drinks scoffed when we asked for cinnamon sprinkles on the Cinnamon Crunch drink. She reluctantly took it back from us and barely sprinkled anything on it, as if to say we did not matter, and customer service is not important to her. Without customers, you would not have a job sweetheart! This was morning of 12.5.22“
“DD is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, and usually eat from here once or twice a month or before long trips, but it has had its fair share of bad experiences, for example, I sometimes don't get my complete order the first around without asking for the rest of my food. In addition, the drive-thru is small plus the drive-thru line gets backed up into the road, and you might drive over the curb, and parking and sometimes be a hassle.Parking: On some occasions parking is usually full, and your better off parking at the dollar tree next to it and walking over, in addition the drive thru is small, and the risk of hitting the curb in it is likely.“
