“This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts! Elson, the Manager, is always so happy and extremely kind! He provides outstanding customer service and so does his team. He gave my daughter extra munchkins and when she opened the box, she was so surprised! Thank you for providing exceptional customer service and for making our day!“
“The only reason I am giving them a three is because the girls in the morning are really very nice. Other than that they are always out of stuff.... they never have what I want.i was just on there and I went inside (I usually go thru the drive thru) and the guy was so rude! We was a real asshole. I'm going to be go to the one in Leigh from now on. Which sucks because I live less than 2 minutes away.
Update: this place has gotten a lot better they usually always have what I want. And everybody there is really nice.“
“Eric at this Dunkin location is a rock star. He was short a staff member, and I walked in at ~5:15 A.M. with a pretty large order. He had no complaints, no bad attitude, and no issue with fulfilling the order. He made sure I had everything I needed, and took care of me in a timely manner (while simultaneously taking care of the drive through orders). We will absolutely be going back to this location for future orders.“
“This is my favorite Dunkin location. They always get my order right and the staff are wonderful. They’re always polite and upbeat when I come through the drive thru. They’re also pretty active in the community, they’ve helped out with teacher appreciation days and trunk-or-treat events. Love them!“
“I rarely stop here at this Dunkin’ location because I have one closer to home… but I was forced to stop before work one morning because the other Dunkin’ location (my usual go-to) royally screwed up my frozen coffee. It was absolutely disgusting and barely blended. So, by time I realized this, I was already on the road again. I decided to stop at this location. I went through drive-thru to inform them of the mistake (that they didn’t make) and they were more than willing to accommodate to me. The respectful ladies made me a new frozen coffee… probably the best one I’ve never had from any Dunkin’ before. I was extremely impressed and even more thankful that the wonderful women working the drive-thru were able to assist me. My morning was definitely made right… thank you!“
“1 employee working for Dunkin Donuts. She was busy, efficient, friendly. Not a clue on what her pay rate is, but it should be doubled!! My coffee number 2848 @ 11:16 am, on October 12th. The iced Caramel Latte, with a shot of espresso was one of the best coffees I’ve had. Thank you to the young woman who prepared my coffee.“
“I live up the street from this location. I only had 1 oreder issue with them in 8 months, and it turned out to be my bad lol.
Excellent service though. Always. Case in point: this morning I ordered online like I normally do and walked down the street to pick up my order. This is just after 5:15 AM. The person behind the counter serves the 2 customers ahead of me (2 cops about to start their shifts), a drive-thru order myself and the gentleman after me without missing a beat or much lag time and the best part is the entire time he had a kind disposition and smiled genuinely. I couldn't help but notice he was all alone...so I asked him what happened to his crew? He said his baker never showed up. How many of you would still be as kind as this man? Dunkin GIVE THIS AMBASSADOR OF EXCELLENCE A WELL DESERVED RAISE AND PAID VACATION AND FIRE THE BAKER!“

“i LOVE this location! they make the coffee and food so good! they even replaced my small coffee this morning when i got it at another location and it was not made rite! ty to this staff! love you! love the food/ drinks at this location! they make the food better here. especially the bacon and mini bagels! but if you go here when there is any sort of line for the drive thru, this location is a little slower compared to others in the area, like the one by Rayma elementary. they move lines so fast it’s crazy. and i know this location had a broken speaker for a while in the drive thru so could be why. but the fact that they consistently make the food/ drinks perfect so you can count on that is something i LOVE!
UPDATE: take note all other dunkin locations! haha. (food pics below) this is how you make the food perfect!! omg i love this location. i go out of my way every morning to go to this one bcuz i can count on them to make everything perfect! they cook with love! ty!“
“I want to let you know I was discouraged by a different Duncan this morning and then went over here and got me everything I ordered over there my bacon was great my macchiato was great my donut was great and great customer service so I wanted to tell you miss Abigail you are doing an amazing job keep up the good work you are wonderful you put a smile on my face and my food was fresh and my macchiato was on point so I want to say thank you and have an amazing day I appreciate when we have good management and places like this clean fast and friendly I love it“
“Arguably the friendliest, cleanest and well run Dunkin I've been in. The manager, Amanda, does a fantastic job motivating her staff to deliver great service. “I came in for a coffee today while waiting for my friend at the airport. I brought my own cup because I believe that using styrofoam is wrong. It takes millions of years to break down. I asked if I could put my coffee in my own cup and was told no. I understand its not the people who work there's fault but its not right. Dunkin donuts need to be more earth conscious. I gave 5 stars only because I do not believe in degrading a business, but they should use more earth friendly cups and if a customer brings there own they should be able to use it. Great fresh coffee and kind workers!“
“I've been to other Dunkin stores around the area including Cape Coral, but this place has the best Avocado bacon toast ever! The other Dunkin stores don't even come close. Their coffees and donuts are equally as great! Other stores need to take a lesson from them and their wonderful employees!“
“Every day early in the morning the amazing crew of this facility take care of our workers . But specially Vanessa. Outstanding customer service and very fast, clean and friendly performance . I drive all over from downtown Cape to buy there. Because of the way they treated me . I recommend with everyone I know . Good “
“At first I was frustrated that they didn’t have someone on register and I saw the two prominent self order kiosks at the register. The drink and wrap up took about 20 minutes to get from entering to receiving them. The tables were shuffled and dirty. But then they welcomed some customers by name which adds a significant value. Was the drink good? Definitely not. Is it fine? Yep it is.“
“WARNING: If you have a large truck or SUV, this is a very tight spaced location to visit. I have NEVER seen such a tight setup anywhere in the United States. It's crazy tight and I'm not sure how they got it approved. Other than that the food is good and it's rarely busy. Service is good as well. CRAZY how you have to get in and out of this place! Nutso!“
“Went to the drive-thru. There wasn't a big line, but there was a small line behind the building, where I started. After 5 minutes not moving I realized it was going to take awhile. I was stuck with a line behind me starting to build up. When I received my order the hash browns were like warm. My sandwich was warm but the sauce of the bacon started to wet the croissant. I used to work at Dunkin years ago and don't come around much. I wanted the ultimate bacon sandwich again. It was delicious when I tried it in the Cape Coral, Santa Barbara store. After eating what I ate today, I'm not coming back again. I'll stick with the other options around here. 🤢🤮
BTW they had enough employees inside to keep the clock from running out for drive-thru. It took 16 minutes for 7 cars.“
