Dunkin' is a well-known restaurant that offers a variety of fresh food, including crispy hash browns and a large selection of donuts. The staff is generally polite, and the management handles busy periods efficiently. However, there have been occasional instances of incorrect orders, such as a cold latte served instead of a hot one, or bacon given instead of sausage. The music selection is praised, with "Skin & Bones" by Cage the Elephant being played during one visit.
The restaurant's food is generally great, but there have been some issues with service during busy periods. Customers have reported waiting up to 20 minutes to be assisted, with the computer ordering system on one side being out of order and the other side not listing the special. Despite these challenges, the restaurant has a loyal customer base, and one customer even described a staff member wearing glasses and a white sweater as a "Dunkin' Defender" for their exceptional service and kindness during a long wait.
